My body butter goes back to being hard after a day or two even though I blend it really well. Do you know why that may be? I do pretty much the same steps as you
Yes it will get a little bit more firm but not hard. The pumpkin seed oil doesn't have really have much of a smell. Fragrance oil or essential oil is a better choice if you want to add a scent.
After a couples of tries of trying to make shea butter I’ve noticed that as soon as I take it out the freezer and begin to mix, it gets hard when it gets room temp. How can I avoid this problem?
When I've done it, I had to make sure the butter didn't completely freeze! When it was a bit runny, this helped it to become more fluffy as I continued to whip it. Hopefully this helps!
Hi...You can keep body butter that is made from just oils and butter for 6 months to a year as long as the ingredients you use don't expire within that time frame. Thanks for asking and for watching.
No love. There’s different types of Shea butter. Refined & unrefined. The one you are talking about is refined Shea butter which is white. The one in the video above is unrefined which of course is naturally yellow

@@laurynalana1876 No love! You are innocent!!! I've seen them making these, and they are "white", not yellow!!!
They become yellow when there’s certain things added to it. Such as Borututu roots or turmeric, which turns it yellow and then it’s sold that way. When I buy my shea butter it’s already yellow cuz it’s already been blended. They call the yellow unrefined, and the white is refined

In the last few days I have earned more than 370 dollars with your recipe. Thank you, i luv u, no diddy.
I make body butter. What do you recommend how long before the body butter needs to be thrown away.
Good question
3months
shea bitter itself lasts at least 2 years
I've heard in other videos it's good for a year, I'm wondering too but cos they're is no water it should last long
If you mix any other ingredient only then the shelf life will decrease otherwise it will last long enough
I made this and i love it, it hydrates my skin so good, even shared some with the family and everyone loved it too. Thank you for sharing.
That’s excellent I’m happy it came out great 😊 thanks for watching.
Can I use this as a leave-in for my hair? My hair is about a 3B and not as thick as it used to be.
Very nice and simple steps to follow. However, it didnt give the exact measurements for the pumpkin oil and vitamin E. Possible to add those please?
Wow, I would love to make this and place it all over my body after a long bath. Looks like it will keep my skin very soft!!!!!
How much vitamin e do you add?

Will blending it give me the same results?
Are you using fluid oz for the bubasu and sweet almond oil?
Does your whipped butter solidify a bit after in jar? Also was the pumpkin oil you used for smell too? What else can you use for smell?

I needed this recipe but will use it for mango butter.
Does this formula feel greasy
I love this, thank you
You're so welcome!
can i add 5g of beeswax in 100g batch for its moisture locking properties?
Hi, should we keep it in the fridge?
Love the explanation using first principles. Thank you!
Is the hair butter used as a leave in conditioner? Or do you rinse it out your hair?
It should be used like a moisturizer, you just apply a small amount and go to add moisture and shine.
Thank you for applying. I love your videos
Do you have to use the pumpkin seed oil? Can you leave it out completely?
@@jasminew9528it’s whatever u want
Is there any particular reason you didn’t add fragrance? Is there any reason I couldn’t if I make it?
You can certainly add fragrance…i just choose not to for this batch. Thanks for asking ☺️
Why did you wait till after cooking to add in the vitamin e oil please? Xxx
I love your channel, this formula sounds amazing
Thank you

Of course.
Such great videos! Thanks so much!

How much finished product does this make ? Also tamanu instead of pumpkin and Jojoba instead of argan ?
Rosemary oil can use as carrier oil?
Rosemary essential oil should always be mixed with a carrier oil they can not replace one another. I hope that helps.

Never heat your oils
It tastes kinda funny but not bad
The colour of the REAL SHEA BUTTER is "white"!!! If the colour of your preferred shea butter is "yellow", it's because it's mixed with Palm Oil!
You are correct...Borututu root can also be used to give shea butter its the yellow color. Thanks for you comment ☺️
Correct!!!
