澳洲入門級樓盤 - 分享優缺點 Point Cook

唔好意思，越聽越奇怪，容許我更正一下。Point Cook 係由唔同嘅發展商，分開發展咗好多個唔同Estates。據我所知，其中至少有四個Estate 發展商規劃嘅時候已經包括有興建會所，會所包括泳池及健身室等。住喺呢啲Estate住戶都要需要俾body Corp同時可免費享用所有設施。其他Estate住客，除咗Townhouse ， 一律都只係要俾Rate. 而你所介紹嘅House and Land package，因為嗰個Builder已經commit咗嗰塊地，買家如果想買嗰塊地就要幫襯呢個Builder起屋。當然決定買呢塊地之前，先睇吓Builder 手工，評分，可供興建房屋款式啱唔啱心水先好決定。如果要起Double garage，至少塊地Frontage 都要要14m。
另外就算搵大Builder，都會有倒閉危機，好似有Porter David，未起嘅最多搵過另一間，起咗嘅又會喪失咗保養期。

Not quite true if you compare with Tarneit. Many Chinese and Asians here now.
