Hello sir.. I recently got selected for compeny, in the initial stage they were asked for 3year bond then I said OK, now they asking 6mnths more total of 3.5years. Should I accept the offer or simply avoid it..

Praveen, if ur are willing to work for 3 years than just 6 months more wont be an issue for you. However do through research before signing bond, as u will have to serve it. Only then say yes to it

@@mubeenkazi but sir.. They are not even relese the offer letter, they are jst asking me to sign a bond and they said like after sign the bond which says I have to pay 2lakhs if I quit in the middle, then only they will release the offer letter..
