Russian Buttercream | Condensed Milk Buttercream | Eggless | Only 2 Ingredients!

I never knew how easy it was to make such a silky smooth, light and fluffy, desirably delicious buttercream……
With only two main ingredients
250g Salted butter - (room temp)
200g Condensed milk - (cold)
It will mix well with food colours, it pipes beautifully, and is perfect for covering cakes.

Yes, definately if you are in a hot country. I’d take it out the fridge an hour or so before serving so the cake/ dessert comes to room temp.

​@BarbaraCreese-kj6rh it's half a can. A can of condensed milk is almost 400 grams. Just a helpful hint if you are planning on doing a double layer cake you will want to double the recipe.
