    I finally found a cardio workout that really does mimic a 10K if not more workout. All winter I have tried various workouts and finally I stumbled on this. Did it for the first time tonight. My watch said I burned 1065 calories with a heart rate mostly exceeding 150 bpm and sometimes exceeding 160 which is what outdoor 10-15k runs are like. It's long but not boring. Just fantastic. Have water ready with you.

    This 60 year old did this workout this morning and was determined to make it to the fist bump! I had to modify a couple of things but kept moving! According to my Apple watch, I went 5.07 miles and burned 712 calories and got in 10K steps. Thank you for doing these workouts - you're so motivating! I was always the fat kid in school who couldn't pass any part of the President's Physical Fitness test. I'm in better shape now - 50 years later!

    I like this calorie burning, tiring, sweaty, long, fun intense workout. I burned 500 something calories, not exactly 1,000 but at least it’s still high I’m happy to burn that many calories with this workout. I felt good and tried to burn 1,000 calories or a little bit less when I tried to follow the exercises as hard as possible. Even though I was tired, sweaty and wanting to move on to the stretches, I kept on moving like you said if I wanted to know accurately how many calories I burned. But it was a tiring, sweaty, fun, long, calorie burning intense workout for me thanks!😉🥰😍😘🙏😽

    Wow I'm cranking my carido to 5k to 5 miles. Last week I did 20 miles.
    I'm getting a lot of 10 k step videos and have added quite a few.
    I did a double take when I saw it was a 10k workout😊 I still need to take off quite a few pounds but the cardio base keeps growing.
    In 2026 I want to do my first marathon. but 10k first! I like the combo of low medium and some high intensity
    This is definitely a goal workout to complete. Thanks 😊

    This is the first burn 1000 calories workout that I've completed ever!! Thank you so much for every little detail and for all clear instructions, modified exercises, reminding us of drinking water and of course all detailed counters!! I' bit dizzy and tired after exercise, but thank you so much!
    Fun fact: my legs keep telling me to continue walking!!!

    Well this was a fun thing to do at midnight. It really does feel like a 10k. I dno how much I burnt or even if I did the exercises right but it was fun

    I’m going to try this tomorrow. I’m the most uncoordinated person on the planet, so I look so ridiculous when I do your workouts. Atleast my daughters a good laugh watching me lol.

      Trust me, we all start from somewhere - and that includes coordination. I've always been a poor dancer, but doing workouts that included coordination and Agility has helped in that department. The best we can do is juts put one foot in front of the other, do our best, and we will improve over time. Best of luck with this workout. I can't wait to hear about your results 👊❤️

    Hey bud such a great workout. This workout kept me moving. Your motivation kept us on feet. After this session my glutes and abs were burning. I feel this awesomesauce for the people who has never done 10k marathon.One main thing you need not worry about weather as you are doing this workout at home. This is 2nd workout day without you I have done 5 k workout and today I have done 10k felling energetic. Looking for more sessions like this. I am waiting for your 21k run home workout.     ok I don't know if this really work and unfortunately, I don't have some kcl tracker ...ect
    But I'm determined to lose 10 kg/23 pounds by the end of 2023 and for that I'll do this workout every day and follow a very strict diet, I will come back here sometimes during this period and at the end I'll tell you guys my results and others stuff if you are interested.

    I have to te you that i did it again, in a hotel room, 4 days ago, barefoot. Maestro! My calves are still crying! They are on fire! My hubby my son are laughing at me how i walk 🤣
    No more again this one barefoot!

      I have 35 Minute 5K runs, but the great thing about a longer workout is that you can always just do it for less time 👊❤️

    a bit too long and not because it's too hard to do, but because i would rather work out harder and do more body weight type cardio strength and get it done in shorter time... hour and twenty minutes too much time.

      This is very true for your case. However, this workout is ideal for those looking to train for a 10k, half marathon, or marathon during the harsh winter and cold months. We have other workouts that fit the requirements you're looking for.

      We have some with rest, but this workout simulates a 10k, which doesn't have rests.

    This is such a boring workout, full of repetitions, all it has, hopping from side to side and high knees.
