How do you manage to talk the whole way through?! Love the motivation! Brought out 25 and 20 lb weights. To semi match your energy, I needed the lighter weight this time!

This workout was CAYENNE 🔥 🌶. I just want to curse😅. Nose running, sweating. BUT I MADE EVERY MOVE TO THE END. I used 20 pounds. My fav moves were Swing Switch Blurpees, Standing Trunk Twist Drive. Must say Alternate Table Twist Press...I HAD TWO LEFT FEET😅. Thanks for the challenge love it.❤

Great question. I don't own an Apple Watch (Android guy here), but I programmed this as HIIT in my Polar heart-rate app. Hope that helps.
