That jig looks sweet, been eyeing it up for a while. I always catch the hogy stuff when it goes half off but really gotta try that fat cow jig if your having success with it. Good point on the larger gulp, that is totally an advantage

For sure. It depends on the size of the jig honestly. I size up the hook to match and not look awkward for presentation. If a bigger hook is on there and the jig is tiny, to me personally it doesn't look natural. I also change the split rings out to fit better

That will totally work. I was doing something similar with a 1.5oz kastmaster and worked great with the fluke.

Really like the Majorcraft jigs. Used to LOVE the YoZuri L-Jack jigs but for some stupid reason they got disco'd
