Greetings from Mandan. Just read that Black Magic Harley-Davidson closed down a while back, bummer. I suppose fewer oil jobs had a lot to do with it. Rain was prominent during this year's rally so you picked a good year to not attend... see ya there for the 84th edition. Great video BTW.
My brother, a fellow biker, took me to Black Magic a few days before they locked the doors. I'm not even from here, but was fortunate enough to grab some swag. I consider myself blessed in Oregon, where we are inundated with Harley stores. It kinda sucks up here, in ND, for that. 😐
That would be about as wrong as the people who wear Harley shirts but don't even own a bike. Or worse yet ride something other than a Harley. As you know I ride a 1300 V-Star and would be afraid of getting my A** kicked for wearing a Harley shirt while riding a Yamaha. It is just the respectful thing to do. Don't disrespect the motorcycle culture no matter what you ride. Respect those who actually went to the rallies.
I don't think people that wear Harley shirts and don't ride is wrong. After all Harley is an American Icon. It would be like someone wearing a Corvette shirt or Mustang shirt and doesn't own one. It's a bike people admire. I used to wear Harley shirts as a teen long before I rode. However, now that I ride Honda I don't wear Harley gear.
@@everything11235 I agree with you on support of the brand and not owning to a point, did not mean to start any controversy. I got called out the other day when wearing a "Gas Monkey Garage" T-shirt and the guy asked me if I had been there. of which I had not, but I liked the TV show and bought the shirt at Walmart. But rally shirts are usually a way of bringing back memories from said rally. Not saying right or wrong, but one would assume that they had been to the rally as you had thought of them.
