Good overview! However, I do not see an upcoming Vol 4. What I do see coming in Feb is Ultimate Comics Spider-Man: Death of Spider-Man. It contains issues 150-160 along with a sundry of other issues. Will these stories coincide with this Vol 4 you mentioned coming out? Or is this something separate?
Vol 4 is separate, it's been confirmed by Near Mint Condition as coming out next year but isn't available for preorder yet. It will collect the issues between Vol 3 and the 'Death Of' omni

It is quite confusing because they renumbered the series for a while after issue 133, going back to an issue 1, then changed back to the original numbering again after 15 issues, so you can basically think of the Death of Spider-Man omnibus as a Vol 5
