That second game was a miniature of beauty. Julian Hodgeson would be proud. Seems similar to Blackmarr-Deimer type gambits, or an Albin-Counter Gambit with an extra tempo! That's the reason we play such ambitious gambits in the opening, to catch our opponent with their pants down!

Perhaps you should try that chrome extension (?) that obscures player names and ratings until the end of the game? Could help you with the freezing up you say you experience against the super strong players
