Fantano likes an album by a particular country artist. Brad, who used to be a really big Fantano stan (beyond all belief), got annoyed when Todd in the Shadows put a country song on his top ten hit songs list, but then became more accepting once Todd said the song was by Chris Stapleton. This video is (probably jokingly) insinuating that Brad only has such feelings of approval toward Chris Stapleton (especially compared to the rest of the country genre) because Fantano reviewed a Chris Stapleton album positively.
Country was good until 70-80s, nowadays country is as shitty as nowadays rock. Most classic country singers are just brilliant. George Jones, Marty Robbins, Hank Williams, Charley Pride, Willie Nelson, Loretta Lynn, etc etc. P.S. Hating country, while never listening it, is just ignorant. I'm from Eastern Europe, yet country is one of my favorite genres.
His die hards are losers. They’ll trash or hype up a song, and the moment he disagrees with their take they’ll just hop on whatever he says. Idk how anyone could enjoy music living like that.
They don't, they enjoy his reviews. That's ok, they're just a fan of a different entertainment product. They're usually not really "music" fans.
