Coach! Lumber jack tripod sweep or any other are considered tripod sweep right?
My coach asked me to do a tripod sweep for me to be blue and 2 strip but failed me cause i did a different variation of tripod which was without foot on belly no hip-escape.. apparently he only wants me to learn lumber jack tripod sweep
