I think Professor John has designed a curriculum No Gi system unlike anything seen in the grappling community, but the break down instructors are easy to understand each compartment.
As Jujitsu and wrestling practitioners we all seen the techniques on an individual basis.
Professor John wisdom and excellent insight has an overview of grappling that his will truly move grappling forward to another level. This is evolutionary!
I’m going to invest in his system!

      3. Drill with a non resisting partner

if they are in a better stance or more skiled wrestler .when your driving through with the lead leg into the duck walk as you clinch legs or hip thrust your hips into play finnishing the duck walk or
if you have the strength .thrust to the knee pushing another duck step but from there come to standing then dump them ..if you do or dont get good penetration they sprawl fast ..watch the headlock but as your thrsting hips through you go around and the neck is working hard looking up and to the side as long as you take enough weight off them onto you so that you out weigh strong you can be succesfull even if its not pretty im not seeing the hip thrust to lift
