Some decor doesn't quite mesh right in this one but it still is nice, especially those beautiful cow knobs, who wouldn't love those? Four per! Another well built young home to be destroyed only because it won't look like all the new clones coming on the block, shame. Thanks for the tour Greg! Hey John. Those cow knobs were one of the coolest things I've ever seen. It's a great home and sadly it will be gone for clones. Thanks for your notes as usual I will make sure that everybody sees.
Hey Carla! It's a great home and it's a real shame that it will be gone very soon isn't it. Thank you as always for checking it out and enjoying, really happy to have you as part of this thing!!
Thanks for sharing this video with me i really enjoyed your explore i gave you a thumbs up and shared you out on my community tab my friend and God Bless.
Hey custom screen printing, thank you so much for checking out the video and commenting as usual. And of course I always appreciate when you share things out, every little bit helps and I truly appreciate it. Thank you for being part of this thing with us!!
This was a great look into a high end home! I totally agree you can tell someone with money lived in this place! Not only did they have money, but they had good taste too. Oh the pool parties they must have had. The heated fan in the cabana/gazebo was so cool. I'd never seen a fan with heated blades! Blew my mind! 😂 As always thanks for sharing your epic adventures with us! Your videos never disappoint! 👍
Hey grouchyfish, thanks so much for checking this one out and commenting. This was a really nice high-end home, they certainly did have good taste and they seemed to know how to do things right didn't they?? That heated fan blade was so cool,, I could see that being useful in so many places. I've never seen anything like that before. Thank you for being part of these adventures, they wouldn't be the same without you!
What sickens me is when real estate developers purchase entire neighborhoods full of perfectly livable and affordable homes. Then they demolish them in order to build new housing that's worse in quality, but higher in cost. To me that's wrong. It really is corporate greed. I mean if the neighborhood has little to be desired, I can understand doing this. However, demolishing something as quaint and beautiful as this is just shameful.
Hey Breanna! I totally agree with you, 100%. This is nothing more than greed... the entire section of houses that will be lost here and replaced with generic clones is rather large, and it's quite shocking because they're all beautiful homes. Now half the neighborhood will be generic and like you said , of poor quality. Don't worry they'll balance that out and tear the rest of the neighborhood down soon too it's a real shame, and I would only support this if the neighborhood was rough like you said. Thank you very much for taking time to watch and comment and I hope you'll be back for more!!
@@UncappedFilms A couple years ago I obtained my real estate license and worked as a realtor briefly. At the time one of my colleagues was telling me about how he was considering buying an entire neighborhood and redeveloping it someday. The thing was, the particular neighborhood he wanted to redevelop was full of homes that weren't just beautiful, but most of them were built in the 1800s and were historically significant in some cases. I asked him why he would want to destroy such charming classic homes with beautiful architecture. He gives me an arrogant look and says, "Well Bree, that's difference between us. You appreciate beautiful architecture, while I appreciate a massive paycheck in my bank account. Besides they're just houses. Who cares." That's all I needed to hear to realize what working in that industry was truly about. It's nothing but greed. I resigned shortly after that.
Nice house and nice neighborhood. It’s cool that it is in the same neighborhood as the police training house. The dining room was the coolest part of the house. Loved the frosted french door, louvered shutters on the windows, the ceiling fan with leaf shaped blades, and of course, the hardwood floors. Awesome explore as always.
Jamie! Yes its a great neighborhood and this was a very nice house.. It's just down the road from the other one (SHHHH hhaha).. I'm glad you enjoyed this place man, it was definitely cool to share with you.. thanks for being part of this thing every week man!! merry christmas
Hey, Greg, it's me Sean, again. I just saw your latest how sets you explored what I need? Houses interesting The different types of things that they had there in the way that they did stuff in there. You really seem to know how to find them, don't you good job?❤
Hey Sean! Thanks for checking out the video and taking time to comment man I really appreciate it. This was a great house that had lots of great little features, it's really a shame that it won't be standing for longer because I think it could have been lived in for many more decades. I do my best to find great places for you so I appreciate you taking the time to watch and comment, see you in the next one!!
Hey puddin tane, it is a beautiful home and you would think that it has lots of life left in it, but unfortunately it in the entire road that it belongs to will be torn down to replace with multiple new homes. Generic clones. It's a shame really. Thank you so much for checking this one out and commenting and I hope you'll be back again
Uncapped!! A gem! What a waste of a beautiful home! This home is gorgeous 🤩 I loved that dining room and all of those plantation shutters ❤ Great group of contenders again😊 I hope you have a Merry Christmas with all of the love and warmth you deserve. Keep on rockin' out the amazing videos 🤘 🦅
Hey SMIPA thank you for watching and commenting and being part of this thing like always. It's a great home with lots of great features right? The shutters throughout the house were very expensive and obviously very nice to look at. The chats in the videos are always fun aren't they?? I hope you have a very merry Christmas too, I know mine will have been better just because of people like you being part of it! Thank you as always for being part of this thing with us
I think that was a dart board cabinet in the basement, nice space for a large model railway. what a shame its going to be took down. catch you next time.👍
Hey Matt! That's actually a good suggestion. The dart board could have been there. And that would have been a massive model railway setup! Thank you so much for checking this one out, it's always amazing hearing from you!
Hey Aussie Urban exploring, thank you so much for checking this one out and commenting. I'm really glad you enjoyed it and I'm really glad you were able to make the premiere tonight, thank you so much!!
This place is fantastic and you haven't even gone inside yet. LOL You can tell already that a lot of love went into this home. The design is both thoughtful and purposeful. The 80's were the best!
Hey Kim!! thank you for watching this one, I'm really happy to hear you were enjoying this one before even getting inside! This home was definitely loved and well taken care of from beginning to end. The 80's was a great time!! thank you so much for watching this and taking time to comment!
Thank you very much. That was a nice adventure. I really like this home. It was kind of cool. Yes it was an older home but it still had its own character and that's what made it nice and seeing the sky ceiling in the basement with the airplane was kind of cool. That's different. It was cute and the painting of Felix, the cat on the wall beside the Dolphins. But I liked it. The only thing I didn't like was seeing Ethan cuz I find that guy's clickbait he lies on his videos and I don't like that. I'm sorry I don't know your name cuz it doesn't say in your description but anywho. Thank you again. Merry Christmas and happy holidays!
Hey Lee! Thank you very much for checking out the video I'm really happy to hear that you enjoyed it and liked the home. Hard to believe that '80s homes are now approaching 40 years if not already there. Definitely lots of character in this home and definitely lots of beautiful little features. The sky painting with the jet was a really cool feature and I also enjoyed the painting of Felix the cat and the Dolphins. I thought those were neat finds. Ethan is a good guy, and I certainly wouldn't be able to do some of the places I've done without him, but I respect your opinion in what you're saying. Hopefully you enjoy what I do here and will continue to come visit! My name is Greg and I would like to wish you a merry Christmas as well, and I hope that I'll see you next Thursday when I do the next premiere! Have a great one Lee!
What a beautiful home with a very sad fate. It still has power. It’s almost as if the power is trying to keep the house alive and free from its demise.
Hey Karen, you're absolutely right. It's sad. It's weird the power is on but I guess they don't mind paying.. I wonder if the gas was on, we could have heat up the place so it doesn't start to decay, LOL.. Thanks for watching and being part of this thing every week!!
Hey shettikka, thank you so much for watching and commenting on this one, I'm glad that you enjoyed it, I know that you tend to enjoy these type of places!
Hey Kat! Thank you so much for watching the video I'm really happy to hear that you enjoyed it. It was a very nice home and every detail was well thought out wasn't it?? Have a great Christmas
I realized that I had seen this house recently when you met Ethan on the stairs. I don't mind at all because I like to hear your different perspectives. You really did a great job showing and describing the details! I hadn't noticed the basement for with the mail slot or the pantry cabinets mounted sideways in that little utility room in the basement. It's too bad it's going to be torn down but while the original owners had it, it was nice to see them reuse materials from the remodel/s.
Hey Kim, so I take it you're a fan of Ethan's channel as well then? I'm glad you enjoy seeing different perspectives of these houses, everybody does it a little differently.. I certainly like to focus on build details especially, that's my thing!! glad you noticed... Thank you so much again for the comments today

7:51 What is that? Looks like a body. I agree with you about the kitchen sink by the window. 22:10 That's because the stairs aren't as long as the lower part of the stairs that why it looks like the runner is off center and I do like that runner. 26:13 That's different, they used the floor tiles on the wall too.
Hey bluerose! Now bodies here but I'm not sure what that was to be honest. You're right about the runner, but it still struck me as a little odd lol. Thank you for watching this one and commenting, I hope you had a great Christmas!
Pretty home. I don't like everything in it, but most is great. I wish they'd leave it as is and sell it to another family. Would be very nice home for a young couple with several kids.
Hey five elements! Definitely a pretty home that could use some minor changes here and there to update to personal taste. It's definitely too soon to be gone and definitely had lots to offer a nice family still. Thank you very much for watching the video and taking time to comments and I hope you'll be back for another
