I'm sitting in my room trying to focus on the things I need to get done (desperately of course because I've needed to for days.)
I'm trying to figure out what to play in the background because until I win that battle I'll never move on to the rest.
I'm do distracted by the list of things I've not been able to get done and why. Who should I call on the long list of resources I'm supposed to have on my wall. Then I try to figure out which person on the list and cycle through the ones that still like me the ones that dislike me. The ones that I was supposed to call but can't remember if I did the ones I didn't call me because of course I did something wrong.
And for some reason I type in what to listen to when I have ADHD to help me focus, because true crime and the worst Karens of 2024 turn into rabbit holes no matter how much I tell myself it will work.
And on and on and on the cycle of why do I keep dropping things what's wrong with me and I'm going to Google that, I need to find my journals and try to join all four of them together so I can try to figure out exactly what I need to do what I've done already, and there I am standing on the edge of a breakdown.
I look up to see this video and this woman who is answering questions I've longed for and some I didn't even know I had.
I'm sitting still, with some peace settled somewhere it's needed and I need to say thank you before the swirling starts up again.

Lol. I read extremely slowly but thoroughly.
Because i reread every page, sometimes every paragraph, because my inner voice never shuts up.... its talking right now while i write this.....
