Well in certain cases that's true. When you're next to an enemy figure and you start flying, you can take a disengage attack. So in that case you'd probably not want to fly. But in general you're right, flying is usually the best choice for a figure that can do jt
@@ViolentGnome97 because if you fly upwards in order to ignore the height increase you're moving over, that counts as leaving engagement. This is because there's also an ability called stealth flying, which specifies that character(I believe that's on silver surfer) does not take leaving engagement attacks when activating flying. Imagine you were battling someone and you flew up above them. They'd have the chance to take a swipe at your legs as you lift off
Came back from GenCon. Honestly they're pretty bad, not awful but if you remember old heroscape it's a downgrade which I think for some people is saying something. Tolerable and they were trying to sell unpainted sets for 160 :/

It is a new set, but it is 100% compatible with all previous sets. The new polar bears have Jandar Champion Bonding, so you can use them with figures like Finn The Viking Champion from the 2004 Rise of The Valkyrie master set for example.
You do not need to account for height increases when moving a flying figure

Cant wait for the set to come out
I Pre-ordered everything for this. Looking forward to it!
Hey, can you do a "Games like" series? I would love to see more games like Hero-scape.

I think battlescape is similar. It's another skirmish game, not to be confused with a war game
I’d recommend the Unmatched game series and Claustrophobia
How’s the paint job on the minis?
