Sandy, cost aside. Which smoker do you prefer between the Grilla Grill SB and the Traeger Pro 780? These are the two I’ve narrowed my decision to.

Were you able to download the newest 500 degree on the 780? I have the 575 but have not received the newest update. I did update to the new app though.
I didn’t see you were you made any statement on the internal temperature.
I cook leg quarters well over the recommended temp.....usually above 185 degrees.
Where is the smoke?
