On the road with Cumbria's out of hours doctor service

BBC Inside Out follows the work of Cumbria Health On Call (CHOC), Cumbria's out-of-hours doctor service.
The CHOC services are increasingly busy because people cannot get regular appointments at their local GP surgeries.
At one Whitehaven GP surgery where the phone lines opened at 8am, all 49 appointments disappeared within 12 minutes.
In Carlisle about 1-in-10 GP posts are vacant and one-in-three surgeries have unfilled vacancies for doctors.
