Which I believe is a Double-Float. Which is a value with more than 314 numbers. So if that Integer overflow would happen that amount of times, what if it will completely break the time system in Minecraft? Even the heat death would have last ages ago before that happens.

Theory: Minecraft is just in an infinite loop of time
I say this because since the Minecraft world goes back in time, that's probably the point where Steve dies permanently and goes back to the cycle. The end's ending is unknown for now but probably hints that Minecraft IS in an infinite loop. The wither signifies death, the mobs as people who lost their lives to the cycle and unable to complete it, the dragon signifies the loop mostly because they can be revived but killed again and again and the creeper is unknown for now... God, I need to make a video of this

So... don't you think it would be AWESOME if someone made a Minecraft map using the idea of time running out and then resetting using this method of increasing the time to a ludicrous amount? Think about it: The land of Minecraft has been peaceful for nearly 14 billion years, but one day... everything froze, a flash of darkness revealed itself, and then time began reversing. Now you must find a way to bring back balance and save your world, before it all resets.

2:20 the problem is: It´s a long, not an integer. A long is "bigger" than a integer.
If they updated the days variable to be an unsigned int, it would just go back to zero instead of the negative 64bit integer limit. I can’t imagine a future where this would ever be necessary though.

What happens if you increase the difficulty really high, or even in the negatives?
Ryan White if you try to do it in a command ingame it wont let you, if you did it in the actual code of minecraft it would probably just reset to normal difficulty because thats the default, not positive tho!
In the code, I'm pretty sure that there is a line that states that the difficulty cannot be less than zero or greater than 4.5. Removing that would make it possible. Hopefully.
if there is code which is clamping the difficulty within certain values, then exceeding these values will probably result in bugs/crashes
