What you mean by “how to send your money” if i already want to send from my wise account ? If i have funds in my account so why would i give my personal account details in at the last ? However at that last can i add wise digital card info ??? Let me know quickkly pls !
Hey there. We're glad to see you're interested in using our Send Money feature. Firstly, and regarding your question as to why you'd have to share your personal account details. We're assuming you're referring to the step in the video in which you need to select to whom you're sending money to. The options presented are: - Myself - Someone else - A business / organization Although you can't see it being selected in the video, the option 'Myself' was actually used in order to see what'd happen from there on out. And in that case you'd indeed have to submit your own bank details. Furthermore, please note that it's indeed possible to send out funds from a balance in your account with us. For more info on that, please have a look at our page here: wi.se/sendfrombalance Having said that, when you mentioned whether you'd be able to add your digital card info at that last. Please take note that you'd indeed be able to use your digital card in order to make online payments using the funds you hold in a balance in your account with us. In that case, you'd have to select the payment method: Debit Card, and fill out your digital card's details. We hope this explains things to some extent, but please feel free to get in touch with us via PM, or DM, on Facebook, Instagram, or X, in case you have any other questions. We'd be happy to assist you, naturally.

The wire option will work like a normal money wire, and there may be an additional fee added from the recipient's bank. If you have any other questions about this, you can reach us here 👉 wi.se/contactus_

Alternatively, you can reach out via email/phone call here: wi.se/contactus, and we'll get back to you with more info on your case. We're here to help with what we can.

Hi! Is it necessary to give the email address to the sender? He is asking my email account so that he can send the money to my bank account. I'm afraid that my bank account might be hacked because I need the one connected to the bank account.😅 is it really like that? thank you!😊
Hey, Ian. Can you clarify if your sender has a Wise account and is trying to send money to you? If so, we'll only need your email address so that we can share the money tracker with you. This way, you can see the latest updates about the money you're expecting to receive to your external bank account. If your sender doesn't have your bank details, they can also send the money to your email address. Then, we'll email you and ask you to key in your bank details. Learn more here: wi.se/money2email Let me know if you've further questions. You can also DM us on Twitter/Facebook/Instagram 😊
Hey Bakhtiyor 👋 Our services don't currently support their local currency of UZS, nor do we support sending from AED, so you'd need to use SWIFT. Since this route requires paying in with SWIFT, as well as paying out SWIFT, you'd probably be better off using a separate service due to the high fees associated with these types of transfers. You can see more on SWIFT here: wi.se/swiftpayments Our fees calculator can also be found here: wi.se/ourfees If you have further questions, feel free to reach us over on Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter DM's. We offer closer support on those platforms.
Hey Ervis. You're able to send USD from the US to Albania. To send USD to countries outside the US, you'll need to transfer via SWIFT. You can learn more here: wi.se/swiftpayments If you have any other questions, please DM us on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or contact by phone or email here: wi.se/directcontactus
Hey team, This video is a bit misleading. The selection of the payment method comes when you choose currencies and amounts and before you confirm who customers are sending to. To be able to assist our customers, please edit the video accordingly as the ones who need this visual demonstration the most may not be benefitting from this version. Thank you
Hi there 👋 Thank you for the feedback. However, please note that you see the payment options twice when you set up a transfer. First, you see it when choosing the currencies, and then at the end, you'll see the detailed payment options. Also, you can check this guide for a better understanding of how to send money: wi.se/howtosendmoney
Great question! You can send from the US to the UK with us. You can find some info on those transfers here: wi.se/guidetousdtransfers and here: wi.se/guidetogbp You can also find the steps to get started with us here 👉 wi.se/howtosendmoney
Hi, Hajera. To receive money into your Wise account, you'd need to open account details in a supported currency. Account details are available in USD, GBP, EUR, AUD, NZD, MYR, CAD, HUF, RON, and SGD - with more currencies on the way. More info here: wi.se/getbankdetails Once you have these details, you'll share them with the sender, so the money can be sent right into your account. Feel free to reach us on Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram if you have any additional questions or feedback.
Hey there, Maricar. The limits can depend on which currencies you send to and from, and how you pay. You can check the limits for each currency, right here: wi.se/currencieswesupport We’ll also let you know if you try to send too much at one time 💚
Hey again. So please note that you'd be able to send up to 25 million CZK per transfer, depending on the method of payment: wi.se/czktransfers But keep in mind that you also ought to keep the limit of sending to PHP in mind, which is 9 million PHP, when sending funds to someone's bank account: wi.se/guidetophp We hope this helps, but please feel free to send us a PM, or DM on Facebook, Instagram, or X, in case you have any other questions. Hey, there! At the moment we're only able to offer balance details to Indian businesses: wi.se/business-payments-india so if you're looking to receive money for freelancing or sole trading, then that can work, yes 🙂 In which case, the money would be received, converted, and sent directly to your local INR account. Beyond that, if the sender is a Wise user, they can also set up a transfer directly to your local account, no balances needed. Although keep in mind we aren't able to accept payments in the local MAD currency yet, so they'd have to pay for the transfer in USD, EUR or GBP sent via SWIFT: wi.se/swiftpayments If you or the sender need help setting things up, feel free to DM us on Facebook, Twitter/X or Instagram 😉

Here's how: wi.se/getbankdetails After you can share those details with PayPal, and if they accept your account details as a withdrawal bank account, you can receive money from. Hey, Hannah. When you see on your side that the transfer has been completed, it means that we've sent the money to the recipient's account. However, it can still take a few working days to appear in the recipient's account, depending on the transfer method, currency and also how fast the recipient's bank processing the transfer. We also explained more about this here: wi.se/checktransferstatus If you still have any questions about your transfer, please share your transfer number privately to us on our Facebook/Instagram/Twitter's account. We'll look into it.
Great question! You'd need to check with the card's bank to see if they'll accept payments from us. Typically, when sending to GBP, you'll need an IBAN, or sort code and account number. You can find some more info on that here 👉 wi.se/guidetogbp
Hey there. If you see that message, usually it's just an incompatible account. We can't give any more information about this because of how we're regulated and licensed in different regions. After using Wise, I have started hating my own banks and other competitors. The new UI and and User experience is way beyond GREATTT!
Welcome to the revolution! 🚀
The options presented are:
- Myself
- Someone else
- A business / organization
Although you can't see it being selected in the video, the option 'Myself' was actually used in order to see what'd happen from there on out. And in that case you'd indeed have to submit your own bank details.
Furthermore, please note that it's indeed possible to send out funds from a balance in your account with us. For more info on that, please have a look at our page here: wi.se/sendfrombalance
Having said that, when you mentioned whether you'd be able to add your digital card info at that last.
Try Wise money transfers - wi.se/114o003 💚

I have a IME Wallet but can't use Wise to load money onto it! 😢
Wise Wallet for Nepal? Or make friends with IME Wallet so I can use Wise to load money in the wallet.

If by wallet you mean balances, currently, customers residing in Nepal can't open Wise balances. This means that you still can open a Wise account and send money, but you can't get account details to receive money from others.

If i send money from india to Philippines do the reciver from Philippines should have wise app or it will directly credit to their given bank account?

I have a question. If I want to send money and there comes fees from like alipay will it be taken from the sent money or from my wise account?
Hi. If you send the same currency transfer (for example USD to USD) then there shouldn't be any additional fees. But if for some reason Alipay is going to deduct some fees, then these would be taken from the amount sent, and not from your Wise account.
Let us know if you need any more help.

Or, if the transfer's complete, but your recipient's yet to receive it, please share the transfer receipt with them. Here's how you can download it: wi.se/getpdfreceipt. With this document, the receiving bank should be able to locate the money.

But there is an important exception when it comes to BRL payments, as we may have to impose a tax on the transfer fee according to local tax laws. And as a regulated financial institution, we do need to abide by all relevant laws and regulations in the countries and regions in which we operate. To learn more about this, please check out our page here: wi.se/taxontransferbrl
We hope this explains things to some extent, but please feel free to PM or DM us on Facebook, Instagram, or X, in case you have any questions or concerns. We'd be more than happy to help you out.
Hi wise quick question can i send from romania to uk?(and does the other person need to have wise to?
Hey there! Yes, you can absolutely send money from Romania to the UK. The recipient doesn't need to have a Wise account, you can send directly from Wise to a bank account 😉
You can learn more about this here: wi.se/howtosendmoney
from Ethiopia recently we can not get bank details

I am from Pakistan. How can I add or withdraw money while being in Pakistan? Do wise support Pakistan’s local banks?
Hey, Usman. Due to higher demand, new customers registered in Pakistan won't be able to open balances at the moment. So, this means we don't support receiving money and holding it in your account.
Not to worry, our team is working hard to make this available again. We hope to be able to share the good news with you soon. In the meantime, you can still use your account to send money.
Just to add on, we only support transfers to PKR, not from. As a workaround, you can pay for your transfer using USD/GBP/EUR via SWIFT. More about that here: wi.se/swiftpayments 🙂

Hi wise,
I am from Bangladesh. Right now i have an account but they show me an massage that i am not able to receive money... After may i open the account, is this any problem or any solution please asap. Why this rules
Hi, there. While it's possible to create an account in Bangladesh, however, opening a balance and getting an account details to receive payments in your Wise account is currently not available. For our customers to have an account details, they must first be eligible for a balance. Right now, it's available to these countries/regions, and unfortunately, Bangladesh isn't listed yet: wi.se/balanceavailability
We understand how efficient it is to have this feature, rest assured that we’re working on improving our services to provide a localized experience to our customers. Although, we can't provide you any specific timeframe, but should there be any changes, we'll keep our customers in the loop.
We hope this clarifies. If you need more assistance, feel free to reach out to us via DM over Facebook, X or Instagram; or else you can email/phone us here: wi.se/contactus 🙂

Why do i need to choose from ach and wire and Swift
We'd be happy to help out! When you see these options, you'll want to choose the best option for your recipient's bank account. If your recipient has an ACH routing number, you'll want to choose that option. SWIFT is used when sending USD, GBP, or EUR outside their local countries. The wire option will work like a normal money wire, and there may be an additional fee added from the recipient's bank.

Hey there. In most cases, we would need your account to be 100% verified before you can continue normal actions on your account. This is due to Wise being a highly regulated financial institution, and we take verification very seriously.
Feel free to reach out to our team via email regarding your business account, they can have a closer look at this: wi.se/contactus

Hi. Great question. Your sending limits depend on the currency, payment method and also your where your account is registered in. Here's a guide of currencies that you can send to and from: wi.se/currencieswesupport
Feel free to click the specific currency you're sending for more info on sending limits. On that note, if your limit is per transfer, then you can simply split your intended amount into separate transfers. But if it's per day, then you'll need to wait for a new day to make another transfer.

How do I know Wise has received the money when I transfer money to Wise's account?
Do I have to write down my account number?
Hey there. Do you mean when you add money to your Wise account? If so, just note that we can't track incoming payments until they reach us.
Although keep in mind we aren't able to accept payments in the local MAD currency yet, so they'd have to pay for the transfer in USD, EUR or GBP sent via SWIFT: wi.se/swiftpayments
If you or the sender need help setting things up, feel free to DM us on Facebook, Twitter/X or Instagram 😉

Money withdrawal fail in Pakistan from wise why?
If your Wise card is issued in the US, it won't work in Pakistan, Rehman 👉 wi.se/whereyoucanuseyourcard
But if your card is issued in another country, and you're still facing issues, it's best to try a different ATM. It should work wherever Visa/Mastercard is accepted.
Get in touch with our team if it still doesn't work. You can DM us on any of our social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), or call/email us here: wi.se/contactus

Hi, Espino 👋 To receive money to an account with us from PayPal, you'll need to get account details first. In select regions, you can get this to receive money from others. Here's how: wi.se/getbankdetails
After you can share those details with PayPal, and if they accept your account details as a withdrawal bank account, you can receive money from. Also, there are only fees to receive USD/CAD. Check out more details here: wi.se/fees-receive-money-wise
Why does it say my transfer's complete when the money hasn't arrived yet?
Hey, Hannah. When you see on your side that the transfer has been completed, it means that we've sent the money to the recipient's account. However, it can still take a few working days to appear in the recipient's account, depending on the transfer method, currency and also how fast the recipient's bank processing the transfer. We also explained more about this here: wi.se/checktransferstatus
If you still have any questions about your transfer, please share your transfer number privately to us on our Facebook/Instagram/Twitter's account. We'll look into it.
can man send money from Great Britian to official bank card with iban if i dont have wise card?
Great question! You'd need to check with the card's bank to see if they'll accept payments from us. Typically, when sending to GBP, you'll need an IBAN, or sort code and account number. You can find some more info on that here 👉 wi.se/guidetogbp
Please i treid to send the first 20euroto my friend accoutn and i get aessage said you cant currenlt send to this recipent, whays the mroblem pleae?
Hey there. If you see that message, usually it's just an incompatible account. We can't give any more information about this because of how we're regulated and licensed in different regions.
But you'd still be able to make transfers to other recipients - let us know if you need help with that (wi.se/contactus)
