Hey, sis! In today's video, we are talking about what it looks like to be COMPLETELY transparent and authentically honest with God. Honesty goes hand-in-hand with trust, so when we aren't honest with God, what we're really saying if "God, I don't trust you". Through this video, I share 3 different categories we usually fall into when we aren't being completely honest with God as well as 2 signs that you need to approach the Father with some radical honesty today. This is so important because God CANNOT fix what we do not face! I hope you enjoy!

This video is perfect timing! I just had a radically honest moment with God last night where I broke down and cried and realized that I was not happy, but I’ve pretended to be happy and content with my life for the last several years. Especially when you’re waiting for the desires of your heart. No one talks about it but waiting on God can be very hard at times (or at all times really) especially when you’ve been waiting for years. But I had to be honest with God and let Him know that I want to feel truly fulfilled by Him in my heart and feel genuine happiness and the freedom to be who He made me to be in and not feel like I’m always pretending. I want to be REALLY real with God and I’m hoping He can finally meet me in my raw honesty 🙏🏽

Same for me. Just now. I am so tired of the thought in my mind. Struggling with eczema. Trying to find healing in God. When does it ever come, if it ever comes. Don't I believe enough? Can I believe healing happens even if I can't fully believe? I'm so tired of trying God, please help me..

I always feel like I’m bothering God when I come to Him with my issues, but then I remember that is what I’m supposed to do so I don’t get so anxious. Freedom to me is not having to worry.

“Not experiencing true freedom”!! I always feel like I have to try so hard to perform and be “perfect” before God and I end up getting burnt up and distancing myself from him😢
Freedom looks like letting go. No longer having the desire to control it all, but just showing up and letting God in.
“Thou shall not lie even to one’s self”
To me freedom looks like being able to wake up in the morning and go through my day to day casting EVERY SINGLE WORRY onto God. Freedom is being able to pour every emotion onto God and knowing that he hears me and will come to my rescue if need me. Freedom is knowing I am protected and loved and given peace. Freedom is being able to have a Father who does more than I could ask for or even imagine. To me, this is freedom through christ

I struggle often with trusting God and as I listened to you speak, I realized just how little I go to him about things I’m ashamed about. It’s so healing on so many levels to feel that safety that anything is okay to pray about. So eye opening to me. I’m just quit a job I didn’t want to be honest with myself about disliking. I love that I am in a place to immediately practice radical honest when rebuilding my life. Thank you for this message! I’m so blessed to have found your channel! Thank God ❤

True freedom for me means the words found in Jeremiah 29:11. Knowing that no matter what happens in life that God knows the plans that He has for me and his plans are not to harm me but to give me hope and a future. True freedom means trusting completely in God. Trusting Him is NOT easy, but I rather trust Him and let him take care of everything and experience true freedom and peace than trying to do things myself and live in constant anxiety and stress.
True freedom: going with God's flow of activities, having no apprehension, safe from persecuting thoughts.
Thank you for this! I can fall into the “he just doesn’t care” or this is too small. When I find myself doing this I push through even though it feels weird to admit to such things. I love seeing the evolution of your channel and how God is using you to share his heart. 💖

I desire to be able to understand and know my worth, Value and Purpose Is Not In Myself But In Jesus…
Freedom is no longer held down by negative self talk. I tell myself constantly I won’t succeed at anything. It has caused me to not put any effort besides the bare minimum. I am married with 3 little boys and I feel as if I’m constantly failing my household. I don’t feel confident in ANYTHING I want to do. I love organizing but is my house clean? I love doing hair and nails but how do I look? If I pray I think it falls on deaf ears. I just found your channel and I’m going to go back through your videos. Watching this made me realize all of what I’m feeling.
Freedom to me is being released from the shackles of perfectionism and performance, ENJOYING this journey of life, and truly receiving and giving Christ's love, grace and mercy.

What freedom would look like to me is simply being able to exhale. Because I am not being totally honest with God I feel like I'm holding my breath, waiting for something to happen that the situation I am facing will work itself out, instead of simply having a conversation with him. I know that He loves me and is waiting for me to show my love and trust in Him.
I stumbled across your platform while searching for a sign, a word from God spoken through by a stranger whom I hoped God used as a vessel in that moment to give me a word from Him or clarity to the madness that was going on in my thoughts. I listened to a few of your videos and I must say, it was refreshing. Thank you for doing it. Thank you for your soft, comforting and welcoming spirit.
Freedom to me is free from worry. Time - time to just be, be with God in prayer and meditation. Freedom to let my days just flow because I’m in no hurry or rush. I have no where to be but where He needs me. Taking my time. One step at a time, being able to breath without feeling like I have to catch my breath.
Freedom to me is knowing that God is with me all step of the way and also finding purpose and moving to the right direction in life.
Freedom to me feels like really not having to overcompensate, not having step out of what God has placed me here on this earth to do to try to do a job only he can do , freedom also feels like being at peace spiritually and in the earthly realm because I know God’s got it under control .
It’s absolutely freeing to know that we have a God who truly loves to have intimate relationship with Him! I remember being in a stressful work environment, I drove to the parking lot and it felt like my heart was dropping out of my body and I just sat there and cried out loud to him! The peace I felt was therapeutic after the honest conversation with Him. Thank you so much Melody for this video
Freedom to me feels like the security Christ gives us in life in many different ways 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙌🏽 without his security I feel like there can’t be true freedom. His security is what takes away our worldly fears and restraints 👏🏽
I really just got in the car earlier and went through the car wash and prayed and talked to God about this situation. I was very honest with Him but I still have anxiety or thoughts that creep in. I’m going to keep speaking to Him over and over about this situation. I feel at peace most days but then I find myself back into my thoughts. This video is pure confirmation about what I need to work harder towards. Thank You
I guess freedom looks like to me is not being caged by demons that’s tormenting me. Freedom is knowing the truth, freedom to me is to live the life God gave me.

What freedom looks like to me is overcoming gift of my past
Currently, freedom looks like letting God take control, not saying I'm perfect at it yet but I'm getting there.
So timely. Freedom for me is having peace even in the uncertainty of what the future holds. Freedom is knowing that all things are working out for my good in my career, my finances, my relationships, my family, my health… in ALL things concerning me. Freedom is worshipping God and Him alone through EVERY uncertainty. May God continue to bless you for being a blessing to so many!❤️
Freedom is unconditional love, provision and protection. Knowing that God knows all my flaws and still loves and relentlessly pursues me is liberating. Knowing that no sin is ever greater than his love, I'm free from guilt, insecurities and worries.❤️

Freedom for me.. is like what you said, being open and honest with God and knowing that he loves us truly.. being able to just rest in his word
For me freedom is basically what the serenity prayer is about and also being able to accept the truth about all things in life no matter how hard it is.
Here’s the serenity prayer for those who don’t know it
God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference, living one day at a time; enjoying one moment at a time; taking this world as it is and not as I would have it; trusting that You will make all things right if I surrender to Your will; so that I may be reasonably happy in this life and supremely happy with You forever in the next. Amen.

I've been connecting to your videos a lot lately and I am happy that you are making these videos and allowing the Lord to work through you.
I just started Journaling again. It's one of the key ways I can be extremely honest with God and write my thoughts as they come and bare my soul to him.
True freedom is peace and trust for God's will for my life.
All 3 processes apply to me. Wow. I tried this honesty approach last week, backed my rant with His Word.. I was shocked at the rapid turn around
Have to get honest with God about the level of anxiety I've been experiencing in this season..... So many things are coming together but I've been feeling overwhelmed by it all

Freedom for me, now means simply asking the father (&obeying). Big and small trusting that he already put his hand over any situation. As small as, Lord should I drive to "xyz" on this day, this hour? To the largest & heaviest stress's and decisions placed on me to make! Finding comfort his best timing,& outcomes, even when they are nessacarly what I would favor!

It’s hard to add God in when I feel depressed I just get angry and push everyone away including God. Plus sharing things with God doesn’t change anything at all. God has so many things to do he shouldn’t worry about me.
