I’m a 61 year old mustang man. Have my 66 going on 42 years now. Nice seeing young dudes fabricating. Looks good. Not hating. Using any old mustang parts for Hot rodding I’m down with. COOL 😎
I agree 100%. It is sad how some of the younger generation is mainly wasting their lives away. I would have never swapped it with a Honda but im all for swapping these bodies over to newer chassis. At least he is doing something productive instead of some of the others in his generation.
It is very nice seeing the younger generations do this and get the joy out of fabrication and fixing old stuff. It's a lot of work, but it's well worth all the work. This is a mustang purists nightmare going on to a Honda frame. But we will see what they do. I hope it's at least rear wheel drive in the end.
I’m 62 yrs old, had my 66 mustang for 43 yrs still have fun in it, can’t wait until late spring to bring it back out. I enjoyed seeing the young man transform his stang, loved their creative fabrication work. The front end and trunk deck did it for me, way cool…when he gets it painted oh boy I can only imagine how those body looks he’s are going to pop out 👍🏾
Here's what's funny. When I was in my teens and 20's (aka when I was your age) I was a purist. This would have made my blood boil. As I got more into real hot rodding and building I earned absolute respect for builds like this. The vision, the fabrication, and the time spent with friends. It wasn't until I was almost 40 that I realized how awesome wrenching with buddies is. I'd always worked alone. We built a shit box and took it endurance racing and it's the most rewarding thing I've done in a car. Keep cranking out stuff like this. It's perfect.
I'm an old guy but it's so cool seeing you young guys carrying on the tradition of hot rodding but with the young age twist to it ha a classic mustang on a Honda never would have thought of that good going guys
He turned a legend into a hannda he didn't even put a good motor into it ugly its sad to see what these girls do to a car that's older than half their family would of rather seen it roting with pride it's a pusstang
This is the definition of hot rodding. Hot rodding evolves with the time. There will be a day when old timers are rodding their 2006 focus focus into flying machines. Respect to the work and progress 🙏 🙌 💪 💯 %
The Civic under it can still be made to AWD with mostly bolt on parts from S1 Built or similar stuff.. turbo, AWD, with one of the most iconic American body!!??? Huh? C'mon, huh?? all the massaging that you've done so far looks great. Waiting for part 3..
Vehcor is probably doing the nicest body swap mustang. I like this Honda/stang, it's not pretentious nor trying to be and looks like they are genuinely having fun building it. B is for build stuff is just hackfuckery and halfass unfinished cowboy sh!t claiming so much achieving fk all. All the sponsors in the world and hardly anything "finished", unless he fobs off work to proper shops lol

Dude I watched the first video and was like wtf. After watching episode 2 you guys are very talented fabricators. Definitely will subscribe. I look forward to seeing this completed and future projects.
How amazing!! Good Job. My husband went back to college when he was 40, I got him a 66 fastback all new sheet metal, but the poor man works so much he doesn't ever have time to fix it up. One day we will I hope. I pray to be able to find a 289 or a 350 big block. Preferably a 289 since that is what originally went in it. Looking forward to your channel becoming a huge success as I see it a mile away. Much Love!
Being an OG and a Ford enthusiast, I love what you are doing with "re-purposing" the 60s Mustang to the ever popular 90s Honda Civic. I'm a hot-rodder at heart and always ignore any "purists" phony angst over chopping-up, modding one vehicle onto another, especially if any of the vehicles are a coveted icon. Creation and imagination is what I was about but also function and form. I could mention my hybrids from back in the day but this is what I like, youth applying old school craftsmanship to create a vision in metal. Carry on...

Really cool to see these younger generation group of guys doing mods such as this. I dont care much for the honda part of it but, its what they have to work with. Im amazed. They have great ideas in what to look for when adding their sheet metal. They have lots of potential (talent).cant wait to see this project finished. Great work guys! From, Old School .

What a great use of a rusty coupe. When you chopped the midsection of the nose out to expose the intercooler my 7-year-old was like "dude!!!" Keep it up this is a great build!
I'm a 60 year old motor head. Lol This is a brave undertaking. Alot of thinking has to go into this as well as the surprises that pop up. I'd love to see a 70 to 73 firebird on an ebody. I just love the car ;- )
I did this type deal with two 1969 Camaro shells that were rotted out the bottoms. First one I fit on a short bed lowered SS-s10 it worked good and was a driver. The second one I fit onto a Toyota Echo and moved the rear axle/swingarm back to match the Camaro wheelbase. The second one was so much easier. Y’all are awesome!!!
Some pretty awesome designs.Front end looks great.I really had my doubts when I seen that you were putting a Mustang body on a Civic platform. As others have commented,it’s good to see young people like you hot rodding.

I have a cherry 67 Mustang in my garage. I couldn’t imagine cutting it up. BUT, I LOVE WHAT YOU ARE DOING TO GET THIS “MUSTIVIC”. BUILT. Don’t let the critics get you down, keep at it.. heck, if a guy can put a V-TEC in a model A hot rod and I loved it, this is still better than you stuffing something starting with “LS” in it.
