  • In this video, we'll understand what's the difference between the Russian S500 and S400 missile defence systems. Why it took Russia so much time to produce the s500 system? And we'll also understand Russia-China ties, which is often very confusing. Will Russia sell S-500 to India or China.

      1. Entire evangelical TV networks shabang scamming legally thousands of people for donation money offering fake healings and blessings . You know what i'm talking about. I believe we could include scientology, mormons and other freaks too. Why not.
      2. Hustler culture in big cities. You know what i'm talking about too. People on the streets in hoods scam each other on daily basis for prostitution, racket and drug money.
      3. Big banks. Haha please tell me you forgot about subprime lending? Let me remind you XD
      4. Oil and Chemical Industry scammed people out of theri health and land so they can grow in peace. Many times these firms hired guns to apply scare tactics to populace that was living on something valuable and refused to go. Let's bring up Dark Waters they will scam you out of your health too.
      5. Scam artists made in USA. Oh boy there are plenty of movies that show how far some of your born and breed can go to get that buck! You probably watched them admit it! You heard by word of mouth too. Right?
      Now let's bring up what you said above:
      "If you have to scam someone for a living it shows you are morally corrupt"
      So morally corrupt tries to call out a morally corrupt?
      You see hypocrisy there?
      You easily throw a blanket statement about entire Indian nation, but let me guess. When it comes to you and your nation : "It's just some people that are bad apples". Right?
      Telephone scamming is also present in modern and "civilised" nations of the first world.

    Russia is conscious about it's huge imbalance with great powers like US, EU and Japan which has pushed Moscow ever close to Beijing.
    Moscow knows danger of relying solely on a neighbour which has risen to greatness ie Chinese economy is at nearly $15Tn ie 10 times more than Russia.
    So resetting Russia's relations with West is hard but sustaining the traditional partnership with Delhi will have some political value to Moscow.

    A very informative video! However I must disagree with your point that Russia does not trust China compared to India, just because of China 'copying' russian jets. If you have been following geopolitics in the last decade, Russia & China relationship is currently at it's highest peak, so much so that Putin & Xi are literally personal friends. The friendship between Russia & China can be described as a 'back to back' defence, which now frees both countries to focus on external threats from western europe & Japan/Korea (who are all backed by US), instead of each other. Therefore Russia has no issues with providing China with tech to boost their own defence capabilities.
    Of course, Russia will still keep their best tech to themselves, however, you cannot deny that China has their own rocket technology that can rival Russia, and China has already surpassed US & Russia in hypersonic missile technology. Do not forget that China completed their 5th gen J-20 before the Russian SU-57, In fact, China has now completed development of domestic designed jet engine for the J-20, no longer relying on Russian engines., so you can't say that China only copies Russia fighter. The case of J-11 is obviously a license for China to mass produce fighter jets for domestic defensive use against countries other than Russia.
    India may be a good friend of Russia, but that relationship is nowhere compared to the strategic, geopolitic & economic relationship with China.. India could not support Russia with anything in the case of Russia war against Europe, whereas China can provide food, minerals, production etc over land to Russia and vice versa. China economy is way larger than India and more advanced, India is just another partner Russia's portfolio but definitely not a critical one.

    • @TruthAbidein
      @TruthAbidein 2 ปีที่แล้ว +19

      Here’s an element to think about: on the surface, they are great friends (Russia and China) but behind the scenes China is making quiet moves (example: Russia sent forces to Kazakhstan, China objected, Russia withdrew forces from Kazakhstan). It’s in best interests of China to weaken Russia, and by playing along with Russia, but not involving themselves in conflict over Ukraine, they would greatly benefit from Russia attacking Ukraine and then being sanctioned by U.S. and Europe. Why? Because they need land and resources of which Russia has a lot. Note: you don’t need to invade their country to get land or resources, but make sure the deals are in your favor (get cheap deals from Russia for resources and anything else they may want).

    • @TruthAbidein
      @TruthAbidein 2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      China is dictating Russian moves, not other way around. That’s why Putin had to listen to China about removing forces from Kazakhstan.

    • @TruthAbidein
      @TruthAbidein 2 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      There’s a quote” who needs enemies, when you have friends like this?” That’s Russia - China relations underneath. Let’s wait and see how this develops.

    • @michaelotieno6524
      @michaelotieno6524 2 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      @@TruthAbidein I think Russia and China have been brought together by US arrogance or ignorance. In order to concentrate on the South China Sea - Biden would have struck a deal with Russia whereby Donestk and Lughansk were given autonomy within Ukraine as they were seeking and an internationally recognised referendum in Crimea which Russia would have won anyway. That way he has space and time to concentrate on China.
      As a friend i think Russia values Indian friendship so much more because of it's soft power capacity. Apart, from Pakistan and China, India seems to be truly non-aligned and has the ability to tell it's friends the truth damn the consequences. India can also rally most of Africa in support of a cause without seeming to be self interested.

Interception of warhead basically means that warhead is slightly damaged by cloud of shrapnel of anti-rocket. So warhead becomes not functional but not sprayed into dust.

    The video creator commits a common mistake at 7:02 . The author compares only GDP, not GDP in terms of purchasing power. Prices in Russia for goods and services, energy and materials are much lower than in the USA or EU countries. Moreover, the exchange rate of the ruble against the dollar is undervalued not by economic indicators, but by political ones. The author definitely underestimates the Russian ruble by converting it into US dollars. The types of economies in the Russian Federation and the United States, for example, are completely different and the meaning of money in them is completely different. In addition, when calculating GDP, the United States overestimates its indicators as much as possible, including in its own economy the trade in drugs, weapons and prostitution. Those illegal activity. In Russia, statistics are provided only for official legal activities. The percentage of the shadow economy in Russia is estimated at 30 to 50%. Russia deliberately lowers its economic performance, not inflates it. Russia is always stronger than it seems. This is their historical strategy. And it works. In fact, Russia is economically in the TOP-5, recently overtaking Germany and catching up with Japan. And this is after the great decline and collapse of the USSR. Ahead is only China, the USA, India and Japan, which did not experience such shocks at this time.

      Those things are pretty shocking to most western viewers but it has be said, Russia itself doesn't know how big it's economy is but it is top5 surpassing Germany and is closely tied to japan, PPP isn't even the most accurate way to measure the RU economy but it's the closest we have without taking into account gray economy which could be 30-50% more, also Russian agriculture is on the rise and recently overtook the USSR 1970-1980 levels at it's peak , and it's all organic without that GMO bullshit.
      Things are looking good for Russia as the ice melts more land are available and arable, one of the best things to happen to Russia is the Ruble value went as low as 74 for 1 dollar, that with High energy prices meant Russia got surplus of more rubles for each dollar or Euros they got, for anyone that actually thinks low currency for RU means it's bad for the economy, no not really, Russia will always have resources and materials that it can exchange for hard currency, Oil, electricity, Natural gas, weapons , space engines, machinery, trade routes, agricultural products, gold diamonds or materials like titanium that US needs to build ships and companies like Boeing to build airplanes.

    I just got done doing a lot of research about the S-500 and S-400 systems. And what Russia did was add a large early warning system, and a new launch vehicle, a S-400 has a 4 Silo launcher With a 51cm diameter, and it has a close range, medium and long range, missile for fighter Jets, 40km, 120km and 380km range. 48N6DM has a 250km range, and can rach 60km and up to mach 5.9-7.5 depending on altitude. The early warning system of the S-400 had a 640km range and the fire control radar has a 400km engagement range. The S-500 includes all of these systems unchanged, with the addition of a more powerful early warning radar, The new missiles for the S-500 are exclusively for the 2 × 1.2m diameter silo 77P6 10×10 truck.

      S-500 missiles have superior altitude - up 200 km(or even 250km). It's a key difference between these two systems and that's a reason why it has only two missiles : altitude requires fuel and power.

      Are you sure about that??? 48N6DM has a 250km range 40km ceiling mach 7.9 max speed 1835kg 7.5m long, a SM-3IIA is under 1500kg 6.55m long with a 1200km range and it can reach an altitude greater than 900km. S-500 has to carry gargantuan 5000kg+ 10 meter long 47" missiles to reach 185km high 600 km range, that is absolutely pathetic the smaller 13.5" instead of 21" diameter SM-3 IA can reach a greater altitude and range. Just face the music S-500 is a medium range ballistic missile interceptor. And would be worthless against intermediate and InterContinental range ballistic missiles. While on the other hand
      "On February 21, 2008 at 03:26 UTC, the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Lake Erie fired a single 21" diameter SM-3 IIA missile, hit and successfully destroyed a ICBM decoy, with a closing velocity of about mach 29.6 (22,783 mph) (36,667 km/h) while the satellite was 247 kilometers (133 nautical miles) above the Pacific Ocean."
      They also have a cryogenic 27-in SM-3IIB variant, that is stated outperform it in every way, for the new MK 57 VLS launcher, the 34.5" KEI and the GMD 50" land-based anti-ICBM.
      Your only argument from here is to deny that this happened. And claim that these are all just lies and their specs aren't real, it might comfort you a bit.. buuuut🙄.

      @@electrolysisresearch8013 S-500 can launch S-400 missiles and in addition to them three new missile types, two of them are 77Н6Н and 77H6H1 respectively - hypersonic long range missiles. 77Н6Н is three-stage accelerating up 7 km/s, 77H6H1 is two-stage missile accelerating up to 3-3.5 km/s with nuclear warhead. 77H6H1(very advanced version of C-300BM4's 9М82МВ missile) can theoretically accelerate to leave atmosphere up to 120km altitude aprox., but it's an atmospheric interceptor therefore is unable to be effectively used for ballistic target's interception at this altitude and practical usage is at lower altitudes 35-60km (but who knows because of warhead type, my opinion is that it's not intended for usage at these altitudes and more probably be used at much lower), while military press, observing 77Н6Н experts and creators claims that it's maximum intercepted target's altitude is at least 185 km (diviation 165km-250km). Theese (open and published) missile list is not short one, because S-500 has still secrecy part. It was said for last 10 years, that there is task to build missiles compatible at the same time with S-500 and A-235, one of which was successfully tested and intercepted satellite at altitude between 420 nd 500 km, but this missile is huge stationary one (with maximum altitude 700km) while there are others. 77H6H-1 is just one of them. After successful test of A-235 missile against satellite, Minister of Defence announced new developed system S-550. May be S-500 will be limited only by 77Н6Н/1 missiles and S-550 will gain A-235 unified interceptor with higher range and altitude, i don't know. But S-500 was allways positioned as competitor to THAAD with wide spectrum of intercepted targets in comparance, so it's not russian THAAD, it's russian mix of PAC/THAAD/ACS (because they create S-500 variant for fleet) - it's just universal as opposed to USA anti-air/anti-missile systems. S-550 will have no fleet version, but it's still under development (creators claim already in hardware). A235 is special ICBM killer with anti-satellite capability.

    This system will not be sold to either China or India, and the reason is simple, they don’t need it.
    Both India and China have several ABM systems in service, and they have been tested against the targets S-500 will be used against and that is Satellites and ballistic missiles.
    And Russia choosing India over China? Not a chance, if they had to pick a side they would pick China and the reason is simple, China can aid them against a common enemy, India can’t, from a security standpoint India is irrelevant for Russia, China is very important.
    And then it’s also money.
    India export for 2.6 billions to Russia and import for 4.5 billion dollars.
    China export for 18 billion to Russia and import for 22 billions...
    China’s import from Russia are rising by 8% and export by 38%, India’s import and export with Russia are declining...
    And the fact that joint military exercises are rising are also a proof of China/Russian relations, they have had large exercises since 2005 and now they also have exercises with each other weapons and also joint sea and air patrols.
    Natural allies is exactly what they are.
    And Russia can’t stop selling anything to China, they would crumble then, dependent on Chinese money.
