I am very confused(about whether should I put MD paediatrics from a college with 1-2 years bond or DNB from Delhi??
If you're getting an MD Paediatrics in your choosen state's top 1-3 colleges, then opt for it. My reasoning is that almost everyone does SRship after PG for experience and other reasons, and the Bond assures a SR post ( believe me getting SRship is not that easy nowadays).
What if you want to pursue DM? Well in that case, some states allow to serve the bond after super specialisation, so no problem.
Now if you're getting DNB Paediatrics in a government hospital or in Delhi's top hospitals like Sir Gangaram, St. Stephens, Holy Family etc ( there are more good hospitals ) , then definitely go for DNB because not having any boundations in the back of your mind during residency is also a great feeling and I will weigh it more than having an SRship guarantee.

Old state medical colleges because in the end , Theory you have to read by yourself and all your accumen and diagnoising skills depends on the variety and quantity of patients which is far more in well established hospitals. Don't succumb to the " AIIMS tag " and choose what is the best condition for you . AIIMS tag will make u feel good but developing a good accumen will make u a good doctor... Believe me ...many of the new AIIMS dont even have one pass out batch ( and hence no usmle accreditation) .

Consider taking 2012 AIIMS over state medical colleges AIIMS bbsr , jodhpur, bhopal , raipur , rishikesh
But don't prefer 2018/19 AIIMS over state colleges.....
Both nagpur and bathinda are very very recent AIIMS ... They still have to go a long way to go on to become good medical colleges..
The order acc to me should be
AIIMS delhi > jipmer > top state colleges > AIIMS 2012 > decent old state colleges > AIIMS 2018/19
