- Just a little trick I do on my jeeps for better steering with front end being locked together. Overall cost is not actually very much for the outcome. thanks for watching.

I like your insight on Jeep xj xj and wj you are a very big help to a lot of Jeep enthusiasts and owners
I really appreciate it. Definitely have a lot to give back to y’all.
Omg. I've been looking for this for a very long time. Thanks for the detail. My wj pump works on full hydro , but it overheats the fluid after a while. A larger res should do the trick
All the videos you upload are great man! Thank you for your wealth of jeep knowledge!!
Glad you like them! The ideas for new one are happening so fast. Thanks
I hope someday I get to come see your shop and play with some Jeeps!
congrats on 10k subs dex!
14:23. Heat exchanger🙏🏻. Love the vids man
Another great video.
Justin's ZJ looks nice man, you should do some videos on it!
I forget I can do basic videos like that.
Very intertaining.
Got 4.7L around there with that crazy hydraulic fan setup? Would love to find a way to convert to a clutch fan. Great channel man!
You might not know the scientific names for random shit, but you certainly know what you're talking about! Stay genuine my friend!
I firmly agree. I struggle with words lol.
Since installing a power steering cooler in front driver side (ahead of the E-fan) I haven't had any more dropouts with 35's and lockers. I like the idea of remote resi to combat heat soak, just don't have anywhere to put it with a stock airbox.
Yes sir it makes a huge difference. External reservoir isn’t a must but just something I do.
Something I always do is spin the pump over by hand a bit. IDK if it helps or not but it seems to.
Prolly with a drill would work.
Nice video jeep guy 😎
Thanks 👍 got many to come
I cant speak for the older TJs but my 05 4.0 has a pump with the reservoir attached and my old 97 2.5 has the remote reservoir
What kind of tubing or pipe are you guys using to run the coolant to the rear? Maybe a rear Radiator plumbing video?
Actually started using 1 inch heater hose.
Great video! What’s up with that silver jeep Justin is working on ? 👀 I dig it.
It’s his new rig. Ain’t got it out yet tho.
What steering wheel adapter you run on em? I need to replace my wheel for sure. Already disabled the airbag and it looks like crap
Man it’s just something I pulled out of my junkyard. Honestly don’t know.
Are you just running the stock power steering set up? I've been running into some problems, it's been harder and harder to turn my stationary 33s on concrete even when they are aired up to 35 PSI. I have the stock pump but a Durango steering box, though everybody's been telling me that it's normal and I should just get a bigger steering fluid reservoir or go hydro assist. But you don't seem to have any trouble.
Just curious what size lift?
I wonder how strong the 4.7 pump is since it’s got the wacky hydro powered fan, if you delete the hydro fan
I think that’s just a myth. Same pressure just more flow but I will test one day
I ran one on my tj with a durango box and hydro assist worked better than my psc pump now but sounded like a supercharger lol
Could you do the same thing for the jeep wj 4.0
Same pump so yeah you coukd
So a 2.5L power steering pump will be an upgrade for the 4.0L pump?
You know I’m forsure. I will be testing them at some point.
Ran on on a 4.0 in a tj worked fine was a psc pump tho
You do some random stuff that seems to work for sure
How do you deal with the vapor canister on a 95ish? Delete it all and run a tank vent
That big charcoal one?
@@dexjs yea on the passenger side real low on the unibody
Is that jeep 1000 in the background?
It’s a SXS from Lowe’s
Plastic pulley?
No good.
