This is some of the best tv ever. I'm AMAZED they pulled this off and EVERY episode (with cosell) is fun to watch. Some real highlights and mvps (Bertanelli and kristy mcnichol) and some great f ups lol
I wish someone would have preserved all these episodes and put them on DVD. Those of us who were teenagers watching these when they originally aired would love to see them again. In a way it is sad to note that some of these stars are gone now. Seeing Robert Conrad at his prime and knowing how things are for him now also makes me sad. But he still has the vibrant blue eyes.
"Richard Hatch" brought me here. I remember watching these shows when I was in high school, but dont remember seeing this. He's been gone two years now, but is still my favorite actor. I remember him on Circus of the network stars(something like that) and he did a tightrope act. It's kinda funny hearing the commentator calling him "Dick Hatch" , I know that's a variation/nickname for Richard. I'm just used to hearing him called Richard. I'm not into sports that much, but yeah, great catch !
@bostonpaul212 No think "Battlestar Galactica" . . . On the original one he was the Original Apollo . . . On the newest creation he played Tom Zarek! He was also Phil Brent on "All My Children" a long time ago . . . Does any of that help?

I like this but I wonder if anyone remembers a different celebrity competition called US against THE WORLD. It's basically a competition wherein celebrities of American origin go up against celebs of foreign origin. There were only 3 but I remember them.
Fox network has nothing but cartoons anymore. You would have Simon Cowell, Randy Jackson, Gordon Ramsey, Jay Mohr ( actually Jay Mohr could play some football) But Fox does have wimps.

No, they were taped off TV. Some are from Trio, when they showed them several years ago. The others are from when they originally aired.
They need to bring this back. With Fox and the cable networks also competing.
