I'm not surprised at all that it's located in Germany. Seems to me they love their hobbies over there, everything from huge RC airplanes to plastic models and everything in between. A lot of the best stuff for these hobbies are made there too. I spent a few years of my childhood (from 7 years old to 10) in Germany (dad was a military man). One year for my birthday, dad took me to a hobby shop in Frankfurt for me to pick something out. That was many years ago (early 80s), but that hobby shop was so awesome and big, that to this day I have yet to step into a hobby shot that can match the one in my memory from all those years ago. Of course I was a young child, so everything likely seemed bigger than it really was. But.....still.
In Toronto Canada there is a hobby shop from the time I was in highschool in the 1970s still owned by the same German family
Yeah, guaranteed retirement, healthcare and skilled trades employment. Here in America, no retirement, expensive 💩 healthcare, and skilled jobs outsourced to every country that hates America. Unless your a Government employee working for the Capital your pretty much screwed.

The Thursday around 5:30pm! Second time there. Stayed in Aachen for the week with work. Some store, the care taken to display the cars is great. I collect 1:18. Ended up getting a 1:43 1978 Kadett C for a mate that had one years ago..
I watch a lot of your videos… would have been so cool to meet ya! My kids think I’m mad when I spend ages watching … think they are coming around though 😂 they watched this one haha

I remember when the store was on the opposite side from where it is now. Went there regularly with my granddad as a kid.
Also: seeing my old hometown is a natural upvote, if it was not already for the store and memberberries. (have to go there again with my son...)

Alot cool model's I'm mostly 1.18 scale collector but like to build 1.24 scale kits non US building the NuNi Audi A4 Touring car BTCC just now and printing new wheels n designing more or the interior that's missing for the racing! 1.64 I think is just to small for me but the 1.43 looks not bad for the detail!
