Oh my heart! I have loved your channel for such a long time! Thank you 😊 Thank you for subscribing and thank you for all the inspiration and information you have shared!
What a lot of hard work went into your pantry. So rewarding!! Pantry tour videos are 1 of my favorite to watch too! I posted mine a few weeks ago. And I thought I had canned a lot, at a count just under 900 jars. You have so many unique canned items. It's inspiring. I also re-use store jars, its how I was brought up. My mom and grandmother did that for generations. So grateful for my Mennonite upbringing.
I'll check it out! Thank you for sharing! I wish I had the opportunity to grow up with other canners but, I’m happy to pass the knowledge to my children.
Fermented Jerusalem Artichokes with grated ginger, chopped garlic, and carrot sticks--I did this this fall and they are wonderful! Next time I'm going to try putting in some Star Anise. Your shelves are awesome!
Hi, thank you so much for that information. I’ve never heard of it being called that before. I will definitely have to look into that more, and I love your idea for the drinks. I typically save my juice for rice dishes. Thanks so much for watching.
I am going to have to watch you again and take notes! What an awesome variety you have and I love the way you tell what you use each ingredient for. Thank you for the inspiration.
Hi regional sky girl! We have absolutely tried the brussels sprouts since I made that video back in January. In fact, I think we may only have one jar left at this point we love them. They are delicious directly out of the jar just as is or even thrown in the air fryer for a few minutes to roast them so good they’re an absolute staple of our pantry at this point and our entire family love them. Here is a link for the most recent video where we use them for our Easter salad. Homestead Dinners- New ideas & Family Traditions- Beautiful Easter Meals th-cam.com/video/hlJS5D4Twyw/w-d-xo.html
Wow! Your pantry is so pretty! It is a lot of hard work to grow your own food and then can it up! But, oh my goodness so very rewarding! I love your variety! I’m very inspired by your video to try canning different things. You definitely have a new subscriber here. I can’t wait for more videos from your channel. I really like how thorough you are in this video. I’d love to see how you can chili and the bruschetta. I’ve canned chicken but never a bbq chicken. Thank you so much for sharing!
Hope there is a new Video coming soon! Love to watch when people show what all can be cooked with something you already have! New subscriber for sure! 😍
If you find a buy on pineapple juice buy it . Then when you get do many zucchini skin it and make chunks the size of pineapple and make your pineapple. We love kabobs , stir fry, upsidedown pineapple cake, so my big thing is put them on a dehydrator band make candy do tell dry and flex then put table spoon of corn starch and one tablespoon of powdered sugar shake dump your dehydrated pineapple zucchini in shake and you have candy . Isn't it fun you can change food.
I saw your channel tonight for the first time.. I'm from the mountains of North Georgia. Love watching and seeing amazing variety of canning that you have. I would love to be able to can like you do. If you're pantry was a grocery store I would need 1 or 2 of everything. It all looks wonderful.
Growing up in the Northeast--Pennsylvania Dutch country with an Italian heritage--your pantry has me drooling. I need to find some of these recipes and bring that taste to the Mid-West. Sadly, kielbasa is not available here.
Just came across your channel. Beautiful shelf build and beautiful canning. Very impressive. Subscribed and looking forward to more videos from you guys.
I am excited to find your channel. What I enjoyed so much is that you took time to explain about your pantry. Beautiful and very useful information. I felt I could do this. Thanks for telling us what your preps were used for. Information is so helpful.
Your husband built some beautiful shelves. Your home canned goods are a beautiful sight! I’m still working to get more food canned. I love your variety. Thanks for the inspiration. PS we know that wing sauce is great the way your husband jumped in. Looks like perfect wing sauce.
Thank you so much for watching and your kind words! He certainly built amazing shelves they are more than I could have dreamed of. So happy I could share some inspiration. My love language is food and his is building. Makes my heart happy 💜
Wonderful tour with lots of creative ideas. I'll be trying some of your prepared meal ideas! The kielbasi, potatoes, & green beans looks delicious! Thank you for sharing!
I am working on vanilla extract for next year too. Amazing hard work you put in to all of this storage. Looks amazing to me. New subscriber and can’t wait to follow along😁
Fellow PA(grew up on PA Dutch food!)canner, I started my vanilla 7/21 (bc we use vanilla & dark brown sugar in everything) using a 1/2 gallon of spiced rum. Divided that into jars, then got a case of spice jars which made great gifts for that year. We also made orange, vanilla, peppermint, cranberry & cinnamon extracts. I picked up some flip top bottles to use in the kitchen. I’m a big candy maker, having our own extracts is so nice & simple! We used EverClear then switched to vodka.
@@chrissyfrancis8952 I really want to make lemon and orange too. I have never heard of cinnamon but that sounds amazing. I have cinnamon sticks so I might just have to do that too. I guess I better go buy my vodka. I currently only have rum in the house and I would rather start with vodka.
Most people just have everyday store items they home canned so this was so excited to get new ideas. I have been saving store bought jars and atleast using them for dry goods but I've been curious about canning in them
Your channel just showed on my feed today. I loved your pantry tour and especially the variety of things you have canned. I can't wait to see how you use your canned goods during the pantry challenge.
I love that you treat the dogs just like family and can food for them Too ❤ I was laughing when your husband said that the sugar rush peach peppers are a little sweet. 😂 🔥 I grew those and I would describe them as hot. Love the video and I’m a new subscriber. I’d love to get some of your hot sauce recipes. We have so many peppers and I didn’t care for the hot sauces I made this year. I’d love to make some good ones. Great video! -Cady
New subsciber here - And I am amazaed at the variety you have in your pantry! I think every canner who isn't trying a few new recipes each year has the potential for food boredom. No boredom here! Lots of great ideas for us, too. Thanks so much for sharing!
Loved the video but a lot of the things you said were PA things really aren't. Might have originated there but we have many of those in Florida and with my family in Indiana. Wonderful pantry ❤
I'd love to know your recipe for the turkey barbeque. That sounds amazing and I'm always looking for more recipes that involve turkey, because I stock up every year when they are on sale at our stores. Great tour, you've got a great selection of foods!

I normally just can basic meats, beans, tomatoes, potatoes, squash, etc. I haven't made a lot of variety, because I haven't wanted to make something my family wouldn't like. Your review of the different tastes, etc is really helpful. I'm looking forward to being able to watch you make all of these...especially the devil's candy, my husband would LOVE that. Hi. I use a design template that is based online through the company Avery. They sell sheets of plain labels and then you can design them on their website and print them out on your home printer. I hope that helps. Please let me know if you have any other questions. Also Avery labels can be purchased in most office supply stores, Walmart and online.
Thank you so much I love creating the labels. It’s one of my favorite parts of cleaning up the jars getting them on the shelves and enjoying the hard work before actually consuming it.
Hello, I loved your tour. I am from a place where we don't use to have those kind of pantries but I am learning mostly because of any emergency. Weather isn't a problem for us. One thing I really like is that you don't only have regular sauces and vegetables. You have a lot pre-made soups and other dishes.
Hi Jennifer kielbasa is what I canned. The comment doesn’t show me what you were commenting on so I’m not sure I am answering your question. Thanks for watching.

Hello, I loved your tour. I am from a place where we don't use to have those kind of pantries but I am learning mostly because of any emergency. Weather isn't a problem for us. One thing I really like is that you don't only have regular sauces and vegetables. You have a lot pre-made soups and other dishes.
I know there's a type of sausage from Poland called Kielbasa. Is this something different? How do people spell it?
I have food in my kitchen pantry and my house stays about 80. Will it stay good and last a long time at 80??

Hi Jennifer kielbasa is what I canned. The comment doesn’t show me what you were commenting on so I’m not sure I am answering your question. Thanks for watching.
