Dinh House Village | Vietnam’s Architectural Marvel of Tradition and Modernity

Dinh House Village is a house designed to blend in with a typical middle-class gated community. It achieves this by using traditional construction methods and a familiar design. The house is located on a small lot and has a compact layout with large windows for natural light.
The priority for the layout is functionality and family interaction. The ground floor features a spacious living-dining room that opens onto a park, while the first floor is dedicated to separate areas for parents and children, connected by an intimate living room. To create more space for common areas, the service areas are minimized. The use of simple materials like hollow brick walls and white cement finishes reflects both budget constraints and readily available local labor.
