I got my order this day, it’s very stylish and also it’s very bouncy kinda adds some speed to the legs and would match with any outfit we wear .Awesome shoe! And also the same colour!
Hey! Happy to know the shoes have worked out for you so far! The colorway is definitely one of my favorites, and I personally love the extra responsiveness from the bouncy midsole.
I have renew run 3. I like these shoes very much for casual use. For boxing i think they are not a good option because it limits turning confortably and lifting heel for turning. For running it is fine but my favourite shoes for running is pegasus series.
loved the review! im now torn between this, downshifter 12, and quest 5 (saw ur vid on quest 4). which one do you recommend more for someone who is new to running? thanks and appreciate the answer mate!
Great straightforward review! I'm considering getting them. Would you recommend them to someone who needs extra support (than the regular shoe) on the arch and heel? How would u rate that feature?
Hi! Appreciate the comment, and I'm glad you found the review helpful 🙌🏽 They are decent for arch support, but they are not the best. The softer foam at the heel definitely helps with impact reduction, though, and it combines great with the heel clip for extra support. The foam throughout the rest of the midsole provides support, but it's mainly designed with responsiveness in mind. Hope that help!
I watched your video twice Thanks for your lovely review Can I use this shoe for 5K long running?? This shoe useful on rubber track??? I'm recently bought online but I'm confused about this My running competition on next week Please guide me
Thank you for watching, and I appreciate the comment! 🙏🏽 I wouldn't recommend this shoe for more than 2-2.5 miles, so it wouldn't be the best option for a 5K (slightly more than 3 miles). The internal lining creates a lot of friction and this can become uncomfortable after some time of running with them. A rubber track should be ok with these, the outsole is pretty decent for multiple surfaces. Hope that helps!
Hi! I’m planning to buy the Nike renew run 3 but I’m not sure about the size. I went to my local store and they don’t have them so I can’t try them. I’m gonna have to buy them online. So my question is, are they the same fit as the huaraches? I have a pair of huaraches and they’re size 10 US (men), I remember trying the 9.5 but I felt they were too tight but I read that huaraches are tighter than other shoes. Do you recommend me going for a size 10 or a 9.5? Thank you!
i just ordered the run 4. cant see any reviews yet. I have the zoom fly 4 and ran a fast (for me at 60) TM half in under 2 hours. i ordered the run 4 as casual sneakers for occasional run but mostly just to wear shopping etc as i like the light blue colour. i may do some sneaker reviews myself as i ran nearly 500km last month as part of a challenge but using about 5 different brands of shoes to try them out. good review of run 3 🙏
Yo,I’m thinking to order the renew run 4 too but the thing is I do a lot of sprinting, change of direction and jogging too on roads, so is the shoe stable and responsive enough? How’s ur experience with it so far?
@@zannon7 Sorry. Dont know.. Just ordered mine so it may be a week or so. However, from the review of the Run 3 it sounds like they may not be the best. I was just intending to use them mostly as a runner for supplementing a few other shoes I have. I clocked nearly 500km last month so been buying a few different brands and styles to test and rotate through to avoid injuries. I have the Zoom Fly 4 and the Next Vaporfly 2. Great, comfortable shoes but durability is poor. The vaporfly i only use for when i want to do a fast (for me at 60) 5km Park Run and the Zoom fly 4 i mostly use for treadmill running.

I would honestly prefer this one over the Winflo 8! The foam is a lot more cushioned and the overall fit feels more comfortable. Only thing I'm not sure about is whether or not they would become uncomfortable if you're standing for long periods of time. I worked 8-hour shifts with the Winflo and they were great, so it's something to keep in mind! Hope that helps!
how does this compare with the Nike React Infinity Run Flyknit 3 in terms of support/stability? which one do you think would work better for overpronation?
Been using mine twice for running. Cushioning’s excellent & one of the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever owned... but the friction it gives me is killing me. I got blisters from it. Did you do anything to remedy yours? Such a shame cos this is perfect for running. 😭😭😭
You and me my friend! I don't get why they went with that lining inside the shoe, it's way too slippery. Only thing I started doing is running less with them and/or using them for sprints, but other than that, maybe try changing the insole? I think Amazon has generic ones, or you could get gel ones if you think you need them.
Hey Harsh! That’s a great question. I would choose the Renew Ride 3 for training as I have been wearing them for that for a few months now. I do prefer the softer midsole and look on the Renew Run 3 for casual wear. If I had to choose one, though, I’d say Renew Run 3, considering it’s decent for training and looks great casually. Hope that helps!
Great video, I would like you to help me choose, I am between the revolution 6 and the renew ride 3, which one would you choose to jog daily and train?
I haven't had a chance to test them, but I can definitely add them to my list of videos to make! I'm going to start making more content for other brands, so hopefully we can all figure out more clear difference between all brands 🙌🏽
Nike winflo 9 vs renew run 3 which one to choose I am regular runner and running 5 to 6 times on weekly basis of 1.5 km to 2km on treadmill Which one is super comfy and provides great stability?
Great question! Both are very decent shoes for the price, and it's hard to choose one over the other. The foam at the midsole for both the models is really soft and cushioned, so either one wouldn't be a bad option. The Winflo 9 does have an advantage, though, because it has an Air Zoom unit below your foot for more responsiveness. Also, it doesn't have a heel clip like the Renew Run 3, but it provides a pretty stable experience. For the distances you're running, the Renew Run 3 would be sufficient, but if you decide to increase the distance down the line, the Winflo 9 is a better option to future-proof yourself. Hope that helps!
I jumped rope with both of them, but I would choose the Run 3! While I love the Ride 3 for how good it is with multiple things, the Run 3 is simply more cushioned and responsive which helps with impact reduction when hitting the ground. Hope that helps!
Which one is better renew run 3, react Miller 2 or Pegasus 39 for running upto 6-7kms per day. I have wide feet and also plan on doing some workout/skipping with these shoes
Definitely the Pegasus 39! The Renew Run 3 is great for running, but it wasn’t my favorite for training. The React Miler 2 probably has been my favorite running shoe since I got it, it’s pretty wide, but it’s not good for training. The Pegasus 39 has a bit more balance and stability for training, and it’s a great running shoe, just as you would expect from a Pegasus! Hope that helps!
I love the concept of the Zoom Prevail, but I would choose the Renew Run 3! From a comfort perspective, the fit on these is a little more comfortable and flexible. The midsole is also a lot more cushioned and responsive, which is huge for impact reduction and responsiveness. Hope that helps!
I have pair of them the all black model,my comment is it is good for 3 to 4km running, its slightly bad at long run,it felt like the toe foam is very thim,my toes hurt running 10k.
Hi, can you please tell me how should the foot strike? Land on heels or land on forefoot? I saw many videos which says landing on forefoot is the right way. If thats the case, then why moden shoes including Nike run 3 has soft cushion at the heel? Totally confused. Could you please clarify. Thanks !
I'll make a Short with a more detailed explanation because I think it could benefit other people, but forefoot striking is the "right" part that we should be using when our foot strikes the ground. Most people, however, don't know this and Nike and other brands appeal to that. Also, some physical conditions may not allow some runners to strike with their forefoot. Hope that was insightful, and again, I'll make a Short with a bit more detail!

@@PMBShoes that sounds wonderful. My big worry with the winflo 9 is the material of the upper. To me it looks suspiciously like the material they used in the zoom gravity which tore easily with just a week or two of running. In the zoom gravity, creases formed after 3-4 days of running and those creases then started tearing. Good luck with those reviews. I look forward to seeing your winflo 9 review.
I'm really worried about the upper too! So far (without trying them on) it feels like a downgrade from the Winflo 8, but we'll see once we test them. Appreciate that, it'll be out sooner than later!
I believe you're talking about the number that's part of the name, and you usually are better off doing the higher number. This just means that a shoe is a newer version of a specific model, and you tend to get new and improved features. Sometimes, though, the previous model might be better, so it's something to keep in mind. Hope that helps!
Great question! It really depends on the type of experience you're looking for. The Renew Run 3 is going to be slightly more cushioned and softer at the midsole. It's great for running, but I don't think I'd wear them for training as much as the Ride 3. The Run 3 is also going to feel more premium due to the materials used, especially at the upper. The Renew Ride 3, on the other hand, will feel a bit more "simple", but it's also durable. It's great for running, training and wearing casually, so it's very versatile. The foam is a bit more rigid, but still gets the job done and provides great support. Hope that helps!
Hey, when i run , i feel like both the legs move/roll inwards.. i did not have this feeling in any other shoes, they are completely flat. Is that normal in running shoes, esp this run 3? The shape of this shoe is also so much curved at the center. Is that bcoz of that? My legs are also paining when I use this shoes.
It sounds like you might be overpronating, and I'd recommend checking with your doctor to make sure you're not causing an injury by wearing these shoes. The shoe is not as flat because of the heel drop, which could be causing this experience. Again, checking with a doctor is a safer option for you because this might be due to how your feet adapt to the shape of non-flat shoes. Hope that helps!
Which one is the best one for work with a lot of standing and walking? Im working in a gym 40h a week. Its a lot of walking and standing. :) Thank you :)
Go with a training shoe instead of running shoes, it is good for balance and lateral movements. For running and extra protection of your heels go with running shoes it will prevent you from injury.
There are many options that could be good for your situation! I recommend looking into the Pegasus 38, since that shoe is all-around great for performance and casual wear. I know there are a couple discounted pairs out there because the 39 came out, so see if you can catch it at a sale price. Otherwise, the Flex Run 2021 is another great option, not as cushioned, but incredibly comfortable to walk stand for long periods of time. Hope that helps!
Haha the shin splints are just a sign of your hard work! But these definitely help you become faster, the shoe is actually one of my favorite for sprints 🙌🏽
Something I've been thinking a lot these past few days! I started testing the Pegasus 39 and I think they're great so far, but these don't feel like they are $45 cheaper.
Can i use these shoes for HIIT training and lifting too? Because i am going to use this as a daily gym shoe , as i am going to run 10km every day as well . Professionals advise us to wear flat souls for lifting and avoid alot of cushioning, wdyt? Does the heel drop gets noticeable when standing for longer periods? Is that a problem? I have an option to buy Renew Ride 3 .
I would not recommend this for the gym. They are cushioned for HIIT workouts, but the heel drop is noticeable, and it could mess with your form. Also, you are correct. Anything lifting related, is best to have shoes that are flatter against the ground. The Renew Run 3 would be a good alternative, or you can also consider the Zoom Span 4 if you want something that's a little more responsive for running. Hope that helps!
Both are very decent for performance, but the Renew Run 3 is a "nicer" looking shoe aesthetically and casually. Also, I find the foam to be more comfortable which helps if you're walking around or standing for a while. Hope that helps!
It depends heavily on the experience you're looking for and what "heavy running" means to you. One of the safest options (according to reviews because I haven't tested them myself) is the React Infinity Run 2/3! Those are top-of-the-line Nike shoes for running with the premium React foam and Flyknit upper. Shoes above that model are usually great too, but they're tailored for racing and not training (Zoom Fly 4, NEXT %, etc.). Hope that helps!
I got my order this day, it’s very stylish and also it’s very bouncy kinda adds some speed to the legs and would match with any outfit we wear .Awesome shoe! And also the same colour!

Quest 5 vs renew 3 for looks and casual
Both are very decent for performance, but the Renew Run 3 is a "nicer" looking shoe aesthetically and casually.
Also, I find the foam to be more comfortable which helps if you're walking around or standing for a while.
Hope that helps!

What would be the best nike shoes for heavy runners?
It depends heavily on the experience you're looking for and what "heavy running" means to you.
One of the safest options (according to reviews because I haven't tested them myself) is the React Infinity Run 2/3!
Those are top-of-the-line Nike shoes for running with the premium React foam and Flyknit upper.
Shoes above that model are usually great too, but they're tailored for racing and not training (Zoom Fly 4, NEXT %, etc.).
Hope that helps!
Can we use this as basketball shoes?
