Ai will absolutely replace many designer, developers in the coming years not completely but max.
Is photo manipulation is better choice? Please tell me.
AI won't replace Designers for maybe another 10 to 15 years but eventually it will get so better that it will be efficient enough to do many things you won't expect!
still, AI will do everything with the help of data only, he can't create new, sure he can create variations, but something new by fully understanding the trend, in the end, each and everything is for us humans only.
And yeah all the futuristic are gonna run on electricity, and electricity will get too expensive in the near feature, anyway there are lot of question comes when the topic comes of AI gonna replace humans

Yes you said a good point in that i.e it gonna give power everyone to design with some freaking word's so that will become value less and vise-versa the pro will become more valuable. Like the end of ₹100, ₹1000 design is on it's way.
Btw Photoshop still has Ai in it but everyone is using it as plugin so I guess it will be another one.

Graphic designer can use Dall e in his graphic designing. Kyunki only designer know how things are align to look better.
Jaise mummy ko pta rehta h ki sabzi m Namak mirch kitna dalna h, humko nhi, wese hi graphic designer can use AI as a help tool.
At the end we need graphic designing too for apps Like Dall-e.
@Pardeep bro AI now knows how to align things, where to align things, what would work and what won't and do the job in seconds. It even knows what golden ratio is and which color works for which kind of target audience.

I Think Ai will help designers not replace
Most of us are not getting the broader picture of AI evolution. This is just the beginning. Right now AI is in its infancy. Soon it will be capable enough to mirror humanlike consciousness, experience, emotion, empathy and so on. Coupled with its superfast processing ability it will show its true presence. Needless to say it has access to the ever increasing enormous information library in its disposal. Work in progress across the globe, on and below the surface. Give it a couple of years and see the real magic!
if that would happen it'll become heavenly gift or if something goes wrong it would become hellish nightmare

this is why designing is more than just drawing sketches or applying paint
it is a thinking persons game and as computers cannot think about feelings, they cannot play this game
you can tell an AI to draw a deer, and it does, but the AI cannot tell you to do anything because it has no real world need - that is also its biggest limitation

What if machine gets thinking abilities in their database,all human behaviour might be stored and can make machines thinking way more fast than human.i can see it like Sophia the robot and there's so much products already in exist and being developed.
