For people wondering weather what they were discussing is true or not. The simple answer is "NO". I have personally tried it out. And whatever code chatGPT can write is very basic version of what most innovative companies are using. Humans are essential to problem solving, that is what made us survive till now. And the most important thing for a good important software company is to solve problems of its consumers. And when there are 1 lac+ solutions already available to a problem on the internet and then you ask the GPT to write the same thing, then it's not really all that impressive. It's like craming work. Good quality Programming requires a lot of creativity and some novelty which does not come under the domain of machine learning. Machine learning and AI literally means analyzing old code and writing something similar. But what about the kind of code that does not exist yet.

It is impossible to say AI can't do something in future, 25 years ago no one expected smartphone but today it is reality.

Most of basic HR functions are automated.. out of every 300 employee there is not even 1 HR in most of the current BPO.. I never met my current HR in my current organization

Kamal hai, do aise coder jisne code nai kiya , ek line software develop nai kiya wo keh rahe hai ki ai software developer ko replace kar dega.... Replace nai karega help karega....ek pura system integration ek impossible jis hai, turig complete machine padh lo ek bar. app multiple functions likhwa kar integrate karwa sakte ho, lekin ek infinity domain wali problem set easy nai hai

All the comments saying coding job is here to stay for another 10-15 years. I don't share same view. Drawing from the exponential improvement in AI that is bound to happen, i cannot imagine how powerful that thing would become in just 5 years .

No AI can replace human brain. AI just pulls data from different resources on the internet and presents it to you specially in the case of programming.
True but it almost helps senior developers to do work of junior developers so decline in entry level jobs is obvious....now we have to become more skillful and reach advance level as early as possible otherwise no future for us
I am a coder and computer scientist there are verifiability problems with ai written code. So coding getting completely automated is atleast 15 years away.

Ok forget about completely automated what abt reduction in jobs this tier 2 and 3 universities admit majority of middle class students what will this students do? Most go into service based companies i heard idk whether tcs who is known for job security will employ AI or not but will other companies not employ AI?
We can't focus on 15% jobs of product based companies same goes for other post mba things but people have an option of doing mba only from some top colleges so there future will be secured atleast for 8 years
@@rohangodse4182 already with present automation itself we have seen large reduction in coding jobs. So a lot of tier 2 or tier 3 students will not be required going forward.

ChatGPT and AI tools can make developer life easy. Yes may be the developer count and entry level developer might face difficulties, but if developer is experienced with good skills and any college passout can show he can catch to next level than current college passouts he can survive. In short AI can generate code for generic framework which is still present in Google
just imagine , if more people will be jobless then who will buy these products and services of companies ? how these companies will increase profit 😂 ? ultimately companies will be shut down , that is why AI will not replace much job rather it will increase productivity and save time .

Theres only one planet.,.with limited resources people were needed now that the AI is ready to do the jobs, depopulation can begin….not at once wave by wave like forts wave wiping out elderly & people with weak immunity….then pensioners & farm land owners…n other non productive ones…then who knows & finally the planet’s resources will be secured for the 1% & their future generation. Until now the poor kept multiplying, “middle class” kept polluting & rich were not having kids they had to change that! This is modern eugenics.

Simple things how to debug!! If code develops from AI it will hard to debug ,fix and upgrade so who has coder are more demand. Basic coding still there in internet now it is good for coder that sample will be easier to find rather than going to find in internet which will assist the normal coder to become pro coder in faster ways.

Top jobs that AI can't replace are the one's which are less paid these days like services like swiggy & zomato are unreplaceable and if we think abt food related service; they can never be replaced such as a restaurant or delivery services (can be delivery of anything)...Transportation can't also be replaced.
So the point is, in the coming years as we're overpopulated country; then we need to come up the ideas, that how can we manage the labour in 'these services'.
In other case if we think abt a very humane job, of a consultant, can be replaced by an AI then, what I think is, a therapist can also be replaced, by talkback (as in google assistant, alexa and siri) if we code it that way...as the most questions can be asked by a person having particular issue. 😮
