Why did you not line up the neck line of the T-shirt with the neck line drawing on the pallet?

Do the screens and accessories come with the machine itself or you have to buy it separately?

You have to buy it separately. The screen are considered consumables and they are low cost. I would suggest to get aluminum frame for your screens. They are more durable. I’m constantly adding videos about screen printing, sublimation, heat transfer vinyl, and embroidery. Definitivamente 6 colors 4 station es in buen comienzo.

It is a Harco model TD1405A1 made by Graphic Products Inc. it is very old (25+yrs). That company doesn’t exist anymore but another company called Brown Manufacturing Group acquired them and they still support and sell their equipment, spares, etc. This thing was built to last forever!

Nice video! I am looking into the Riley 250. I have no experience but I am interested in starting to screen print. Did you have experience in screen printing before using the 250? Was it difficult to learn the process? How are things going now a days?

I had zero experience but I did a lot of research. TH-cam is a great resource. You will make mistakes at first but with practice you’ll get it. For me the exposure process was the one that took a while to perfection because I use a homemade exposure unit with a 500watts lamp. I also live near the coast and it is very humid. When drying your screens, humidity is not good for the emulsion. You want a dry environment. I ended up building a nice drying cabinet that took care of all the issues I was having when exposing the screens. Riley press are great quality and easy to use. You won’t be disappointed. Ryonett customer service is great too.

Really helpful videos. Thanks. Have you considered making a DIY LED exposure unit? I’d love to see you tackle that project.
