every single time i have ever seen jebediah he has never ONCE been scared, if he is scared then it has to be some kind of eldritch horror that has him spooked
Super impressive! Thank goodness kerbals are photosynthetic, otherwise I think Jeb would have been a little hungry on his mission. Seriously, I wouldn't even know where to start on a mission like this!
I think kerbals are radiosynthetic and highly radioactive, that explains why they can survive in the sunlight-poor outer solar system, and tolerate so much radiation.
Reminds me of the Pak Protectors in Larry Niven’s known space novels. Traveling interstellar space doing nothing but sitting in a chair and eating a plant that causes immortality.
I'm sensing some Bradley Whistance vibes with the sitting in the tiny uncomfortable spacechair for many tens of years, the heavy use of the EVA suit's monopropellant, and the classical music.
That takeoff on tylo was actual madlad behavior. I love the music and this was definitely a very well thought out mission. one little bit of feedback is i would recommend doing some jump cuts instead of just fast forwarding between scenes. Thats all though, very good video
this was just completely winging it, i put no thought into the mission other than the craft. i just hoped i got an encounter so thats why the mission took 157 years.
@@Nicolas_Gamer5476yup thats how it goes haha. as you do it more though it gets easier to optimize time. One tip ill offer is if you open a maneuver node it'll tell you in the bottom left the period of your orbit, so you can get more exact resonances for assist chains. Thats what i use when i do repeated mun assists

Respect for Jeb waiting 136+ years just to get to Tylo and still knowing that he still has to wait more to get back...
You know shit gets real when even jeb is scared
yeah

@@RomanCigić no that would ruin it but these could be options😁
20 years in that space suit with nothing to eat or drink whilst drifting on the ocean of deep space. Jeb must be absolutely catatonic.

157 years, actually. Jeb is mummified.

yea i love classical music

Man, Jeb BARELY made it back alive. Bet he'll rethink doing more "shoe-string" budget missions after this.
Seeing a Kerbal orbiting a body, waiting for the right time to escape orbit, was great.
you have endured a different kind of hell and for that, we salute you
Algorhythm seems to be favouring this one... Hope this blows up, keep up the good work!
I really liked Tylo takeoff, skidding by it's surface, doing cool skateboard trick in the air, and getting to orbit through spacewalk.
mission like this reminds me of what did Bradley Whistance years ago, please keep doing this stuff, he isn't very active anymore
Shin-jeb. Get in the Washing Machine.

just a casual 300 year space flight no big deal

it only took 157 years C:

incredible work
Jeb is petrified.
god damn nasa engineer out here making a silly video
didnt bradley do it with same 6 tons but instead it was a jool 5?
probably, i suck though

Why the double seats? Maybe you could only use one and boom save more weight
nevermind! Insane orbital planning, I cannot imagine how long it takes to figure those paths out
i cant do that i need one for landing on tylo and the tylo lander never comes back
