    The combination of your soft voice, no music, not overtalking the focus direction, the overall simplicity of this body scan has greatly helped me to be a true friend of my own body. Thank you.

    Yeah what this podcast is saying helps me very well as it reminds me of the words in the song This Is Home Truly teaching you to be mindful to lend an eye of what is around you.. saying *as my senses tell me*

    Not bad, not amazing. I did go through the whole video and felt relaxed at the end. I used that relaxation and focus to think about things in my life like my relationship and career so overall it felt like a very productive hour, thank you for this video :)

    I found this a little distracting, as I could barely understand a lot of what was being said. Which took away the ability to relax.
