We stayed there 3 years ago across from the water sites. We enjoyed our stay. We saw Nilgal sp? antelope in the field behind our rig. We also visited the jacarundi - hope I got that right- refuge 20 miles or so from the park. The yuccas were blooming when we were there. I think they were called Buckley Yuccas. Nice place
Thank you for adding this context. We all have lots of choices of where to camp, and this location surely is scenic and affordable. Thanks for watching! Lou
Well...Yes, I have to say, right now I could really go for visiting this Park! If not to camp, just for a day long of fishing , a picnic, and some peaceful relaxation!! It's a very pretty park, well maintained, and "clean" looking. I didnt see any "fire ring" at the site's, so I'm thinking they are not allowed. I could understand why. Site's looked very level also, and easy to get into. I am a bird watcher, so I loved seeing the bird's , and hearing the different one's on the video. I know there are probably alot more around that you could see if you are visiting there .(and I wish I could) The Cactus and the Palms were very pretty, and abundant too. Very nice video, I enjoyed it alot. Happy Trail's ! vicky
Hi Vicky. If TH-cam gives out awards to top fans, you would surely be at the top of the list. You surely watch our videos from start to finish (that's a good thing). As always, thanks for watching! Lou
I am LOVING your Channel and Videos! Sharing in the Boondocking & Camping Facebook groups, as well as my own Bigfoot group, Pennsylvania Bigfoot Project. :) Just the right amount of information! I could wish for more, but that's what Google is for. :) And I know very well just how much work is involved in editing & uploading these videos. Very Very Much Appreciated!!
As a tent camper, I am glad you showed this area.
