4:56 "feel stuffy and airy at the same time... It's not a bad horn though" LOL, I've played a couple tubas that I'd describe that way. Well, except the "it's not a bad horn" part 😂 But I'm with you, the best tuba to play is the one you have with you.
I have a Jupiter 594 Sousaphone for 1650 dollars back in January of 2022. And it’s well kept condition as a used instrument. Also in my collection is a Bass Trombone from EF Durant Chinese made jinbao. And a eastrock tenor trombone from Amazon.
Wow! Great collection! I would give you some flute tips, but I’m not good at playing mine either. I still need improvement on playing myself. And, Merry Christmas!
With flute being your only woodwind instrument, it's disappointing that you don't know how to play it I'm joking I bet you'll get there eventually, but seriously it's fun once you know it
If you don’t mind me asking, how did you start your youtube journey as a musician? I see people like you and instrument maniac, and it really inspires me because I play many instruments too. ironically about the opposite of you, because I play all woodwinds except oboe for now, and a few string instruments. I also do some composing, and I think it would be really cool to share my music making with others on youtube, but I don’t know how to get started.
Literally just start making videos about random ideas that pop into your head, it doesn't matter what they are cause if you keep doing it for years eventually the right people will find your channel
Hey Ryan, BIG FAN, anyway when did you start playing the tuba, and can you play trombone as is low brass, and do you have any favorite singers or bands.
So I started tuba in 7th grade when I was 12, I've never tried trombone cause it scares me😭😂 and I can't choose a favorite band hahaha there are too many good ones in every genre
I love the mountain of cases. Also I'm starting to play tuba for my school's band do you have any tips on how to improve my notes sounding less broken?
I forgot to edit it in, but my Instagram handle is Ryan.likes.instruments

Merry Christmas and a Happy 2025
I wonder how ophicleide would sound with a saxophone/clarinet mouthpeice

I honestly thought you'd have a guitar or other string instrument as well.
Either way, your collection and skill is impressive.
Lol I tried guitar years ago but I suckeddd lol string instruments aren't for me
I personally think at some point you should get a horn or a melophone or possibly both.
Nice! You have a lot of interesting instruments. Honestly I wish I had as many instruments as you.
cute hair
