For example, she can totaly like you but wont give her phone number simply ecause you are stranger in the street/ or think its sluty low to give phone number to someone in the street. But giviing phone number on tinder is normal😄
While with latinas. Europeans. Aarraabs. If they like you. They give you their phone number..they totaly know or even prefer to meet someome from real life

I find funny how everybody tends to belittle women form their own country and idealized foreign women (women also do the same thing). A friend of mine who is Quebecer just told he will never date a Quebecer woman again in his life. In my own experience being a latino living in Montreal and dating with two quebecoises, I would say that's there is nothing like a drama free woman (especially if there are well into you) even here in Quebec, and they are not a good option if you are dominant man

Jonathan Hubbard-Shaw you are right. We are similar to German women on that aspect, according to the DBB. I think it can be explained by the way we are raised. We are not brought up to be little princesses. We can study what ever we want, and there is no specific role to play for women in our society. We cannot dépend on men to provide for us. Of course, you will find some princesses around here too🙂

    • @nordichellas3155

@@CathPo Most French Canadian women aren't independent at all. They believe they should have no gender roles, but that men have to follow the most strict gender norms possible. One of these gender roles is they're supposed to make more money than the woman and need to carry the relationship. One of many reasons Ill never be with a Canadian woman Anglo or French again.

And, I don't know if the actors are from Quebec or not but if not, the accents are very good. Great job!

@Captain Brandon Horror Film Lover it's hard to speak for a whole population since I am only 1 women among many in Canada. I mean, as long as you are bein nice to them, the other things depend on the person you want to flirt with. Dressing nice without over dressing & trying to speak the language of the country are appreciate in lots of countries, so of course it would include Quebec. It's up to you to try it! ^^

@Captain Brandon Horror Film Lover There's nothing wrong with the flirting - it's just a cultural thing to be aware of, so you don't think every teenage girl working the cash in her father's gas station has fallen in love with you the moment you walk in. It's just basic manners in Quebec. Just adjust your head a little and enjoy it for what it is. Like all this other stuff everybody is spouting off about - it's all superficial, at best. But as for the rest of what you're saying - man, you've got a pretty f'd-up way of thinking about women. Self-reflection recommended.

I don’t know why in the “dating an Anglo-Canadian woman” video people were commenting on how feminist the women are, but here they don’t mention anything about feminism. Québécoise women are actually very outgoing and strong-minded. They’re not traditional passive housewives at all. I have no problem with a woman being a feminist, as long as she doesn’t cherry pick and only want equality when it benefits her. For example, “I’m a strong, independent woman, but men should always pay for my restaurant meals.”

    • @projectatlas4400
      @projectatlas4400 2 ปีที่แล้ว

The opening scenarios might have set the tone. The Quebec woman is portrayed taking action and approaches the guy who's obviously interested in her while the Anglo Canadian one almost tries to avoid him. And no offense intended towards the Anglo Canadian actress, but her character is shown to complaining about gender stereotypes, where the Quebec character simply acts in a way that doesn't conform to them.

If they ever make a French Canadian man video, I really hope it will be more positive than the English Canadian man. That poor guy from Toronto was so boring and depressing. I am pretty sure English guys are not that bad!

As a Quebecoise I always thought growing up that woman around the world would initiate conversations just as much as man in social events, it doesn't seems fair for the man to always go talk to the girl and risk rejection alone? Is it typically Canadian or simply a myth?

The word "la" can literally be a conversation.
    Oh and "ca va?"
