Join Lisa and Olivia on their sea day and Gala Night evening. Showing you what to expect in the daily schedule - exercise classes, quizzes, craft sessions, bingo, dance classes and more! Then onto our evening entertainment. We get ready quickly to attend the captain's party and have a wonderful gala meal. Followed by some time enjoying the sunset on the deck. P & O Aurora offers a wide range of activities to keep you busy on your sea day and evenings.

We love to travel and go on walks and days out. It is really important that we can continue to afford to do this so budgeting wisely is essential. Money is tight and so are we! Our mission is to share hints and tips on travelling, things that are value for money and budgeting.
In doing this we also like to bring a little humour and fun into our videos.

A healthy start to the sunshine filled sea day ! Quiz winners too .. The craft classes looked good and glad many were free. Good the theatre team ran dance classes too.. Is this actually P&O.. really good this. Can see why you’d want to sail on Aurora again ..Enjoyed that

I always love a gala night. Better food in the main dining room and the free bubbly is worth it too! Also I love to dress up. You both look lovely. I didn't think you were old enough to have a daughter but shes beautiful

@singingbuddhakaraoke have you tried P&O Andy? Which cruise line you on next? We are trying Virgin Voyages in September. I'll check out the karaoke for you and let you know what it's like. Apparently they have little booths 🎤
@@TravellingLightLisa I used to like p&o but felt they lost it after the pandemic...I prefer princess and am on Caribbean Princess late September...I posted lots of videos of the karaoke from the same ship when I was onboard earlier this month
I love sea days and I love sea day videos. Well done you ladies for doing a mile on deck AND some gym work. Did you see that odd sign, ‘Guests are kindly asked to be mindful of cabins below when using the treadmill.’ What are folk meant to do, exactly, float above the machines?
😂 Slightly odd advice from P&O re the treadmill. Sea day videos do really give you a good idea of what a ship is like. We have watched enough of them! Thank you for watching ours. 😀👍

In next week's vlog we saved over £100 by doing a cruise excursion ourselves. If you ever plan on visiting Haugesund it might be useful. @singingbuddhakaraoke only went on the sea days...too much walking on port days to try lose some calories after all the cake we ate 🤣
So, on a cruise with Giles, it’s “we won’t be late to bed as it’s been a busy day”. Alternatively, with Olivia, it appears to be “how many free drinks can we get, and we’ll dance the night away”. Also, I think you need to upgrade your sound equipment. Your voice became noticeably slurred towards the end 😂 A great video !

Thanks for your comment Bernice. We were on for 12 days so not sure if there is a gala evening on shorter cruises. Perhaps someone reading this comment can reply? Hope you have a wonderful time if you are sailing on Aurora soon.
