The boys make the drive over to the Wild West coast and plan to pitch the tent on the boat and spend a night in the harbour. Snappers are on the hit list as the sun goes down and kingfish as the sun comes up. Nato manages to film kings hunting live mullet in 4K 60 frames with his iPhone.

Try circle hooks and hook those live baits under the dorsal fins. They eat those livies head first and the circle hook will turn and get them in the corner of the mouth 99% of the time . With the circle hooks you just have to remember to never set the hook. Let them eat it and just tighten up on them and the hook will do the rest.....thanks for the video and taking us along. Looking forward for the next one...
We have tried everything under the sun my man and a lot more then once 😂 and this is our pick on how to do it. We do use circle hooks in deep water and they work really well!!!! But when the fish are so close to the boat (no line in the water) hook up rate goes way way down! Thanks heaps for watching 😁
Was great to see nato landing a nice kingfish. I have just started pitching the poles with livebaits here in tauranga harbour. It works great and is awesome being able to see the kingys smash your bait on the surface!!
It’s real good fun when the fish are there, but we seem to have a lot of days/poles where there is nothing 😂. It’s really good to have a rod in my hands once more 😁 thanks for watching 👍

Hey boys, i been watching a lot of boat shows from the US lately to see whats coming out. I seen a lot of cool stuff like magnetic baitboards, centre consoles with bedrooms and heads, auto raising floors etc etc. But nothing, i mean nudda, comes anywhere near your tent. That is nek level boating mate. And the rod holder is awesome. Cool fish, as always with you two, but your rig is the star of the show in my opinion. Love it👌👌👊👊
The boat is a dream turned reality for us mate! We have Always wanted that big flat deck behind a minnkota, with heaps of battery power and a tent over the top. I love old lures. The fish get used to seeing all the new hot lures and they seem to forget about the old ones. I catch some great fish on ancient lures. Love the show wish you guys would come fish in Florida USA

Aaaabsolutely epic guys 👌👌 that slowmo 60fps was wicked. Really enjoy the honesty in these vids actually showing taking the time-lapse and especially losing the love of fishing. I definitely get that the more I film I sometimes start worrying more about landing than about enjoying the fishing itself 🤙🤙 keep it up guys

After you film and present you see strait through all the set up stuff, (because you have done that) when you watch some one else’s shows 🤣😂 and for that reason I can’t enjoy watching something because I’m always thinking about how it was filmed 🤪 everyone these days is out there filming there stuff with go pros ect and probably see’s through it as I do, so, I just wanted to film it as it happens, no set up stuff, but try to capture everything at the same time and it is what it is. And most of all I don’t want to delete a trip because we didn’t catch anything because it always felt like such a big failure when that happened. In my mind if the story of not catching anything is filmed well (has story) then it’s still good. I’ve had just as much fun when we haven’t caught any fish and we never fail any more 😎👍😁 the lateral line is easy to make, easy is fun, fun is why we go fishing 😎 I really appreciate your comment my man! It might not be your thing, but I'd love to see this boat in action on one of the lakes chasing trout.
It'd be ideal for fishing off streams and around struture, casting lures or flies and then camping in some little nook.

Yer mate, the lateral line is filmed, edited and then uploaded to TH-cam with just my iPhone 😎 I have a drone and a GoPro for underwater shots to. I just have a SD card reader to load those shots on to my phone 😁 thanks for watching

There’s a bit going on mate 😁 I have been using an iPhone 11 Pro Max and just got the 12 pro max (next show is filmed with the 12) I film with a app called filmic pro (gives manual control over the cameras in the iPhone) edit in luma fusion and Yes, I have moment lenses which I need to use more often!!!! For the most part I just use the cameras in the iPhone as it has 3 but often have a CPL filter over the main camera and zoom camera. There is heaps of how to TH-cam clips on TH-cam about how to film with a phone 😎👍 happy filming 👍 thanks heaps for watching 😁

Any and every marker pole in every harbour is worth a look my man. The bigger the pole the better!!!!!!! Get a live Kahawai, nose hook it and paddle from pole to pole mate, go up into the harbour on the incoming tide and then drift out on the out going 😁 it’s heaps of fun and I’ve caught heaps of kings in my kayak doing just that 👍

the infamous stop button😎. like this rule, lose a fish and ur banished to the camera👍, on my boat i will turn that into loading the boat onto the trailer by ur self. BAF became a chore or job u just dont want to do, totally get that. If we were on the beach then yes it was definitely the white! We stopped fishing after just in case it just grabbed another bait and we didn’t get any bronzies. 15th of March for the shark vid mate 😎

When Milan pulled out that single hook and started rigging it like a soft bait for snapper I just knew he was gonna get a bite. I’d only seen the 2 hook rig one out of the packet before that. Sluggo’s look so good in the water that I’d eat them 😂

They pretty much do it themselves by just winding them in but, I’ve had real good success with just simply stopping them when a fish is on them or any sort of jigging action has invoked bites. They are really easy to use 😎 once you see one in the water you understand why the kings eat them. Thanks for watching 😁

iPhone 11 and 12 have 3 cameras built in, zoom, wide and ultra wide. I’m using joby phone holder and tripod, the bendy legs one and then I’ve got a better tri pod for time lapses and stuff 👍😎

Definitely no after thought! We had always wanted the casting deck and I’d always wanted a tent over it 😁👍 it works a treat 😎 we had Rodger from doctor trim involved from the strat as the inserts for the poles are built into the boat.
