There is no place I'd rather be than Gold Hill for the 4th of July! This tiny old mining town 10 miles outside of Boulder, Colorado is full of small town charm. The day starts with a pancake breakfast to support the local firefighters, and follows with a parade full of old firetrucks. The raging water fight is my favorite part. This is Americana 4th traditions at its best!

Ryan you are a huge inspiration to me! before i struggled on my 10 k runs but after you reminded me to have fun while running I have had to the most fun and and often also of path runs and the distance does not seem to matter anymore because the focus has been shifted. Small town America is great! What great festivities! Hey Duzer I was curious, i'm doing my first bike packing trip in August to see if I love it enough to bike from florida to maine and I was curious if you ever wanted to do / could make a video about bike touring and what to expect/pack/how to plan! Anyhoo another great upload, keep on keeping on!

The only problems with this video are that it’s not 20 minutes longer and there isn’t a 2021 version.
Ryan, I've seen you wearing the nutcase in a few videos. Do you find it to be hotter than other helmets?
It might be a little hotter, but not much. I love them cause they're comfy and casual. I even wore one in Race Across America during the hot summer months. Hope that helps
