I have the 380 base and 4 eufy s330 cameras and two s340 at the house and it works Great. the cross tracking is a great feature also. I can highly recommend Eufy to everyone for your house or your business.

I am currently looking for a security system for my place. I have narrowed it down to this Eufy 330 prof system and Reolink Duo 2 Wifi + NVR. . Which do you think comes out as best? For the Eufy I love the very clear video recording during day time, the AI face & pet recogitnion and its homebase 3. For the Reolink I love that it offers 180° angle, its strong Wifi connection & strong lights when movement is detected during nighttime. Eufy claims that they can cover up to 10m during daytime and 8m during nighttime for clear and movement detection. Reolink claims it can cover up untill 30m, regardless day or nighttime. Is that correct? Also, Eufy doens't have a dekstop coverage? Only through smartphone?
Really need your help and understanding a flaw. I took it upon myself to unplug and relocate my homebase over to a different room. It’s working flawlessly. Everything is good. However, my entire history before doing that of all my videos are completely wiped out and gone. Can someone please shed some light on this?
I almost purchase this one... keep researching.... all cameras stop working if you lose internet.... all the thief needs to do is to cut your wire outside your house internet... all cameras stop. Is there any trick we can do to use this without internet? ... Gosh my house is full of Eufy cameras indoor and outdoor.... one time a truck accidentally got hooked my internet cable outside the house.... all cameras are dead. Easy job of any thieves if they wanted to enter your house.
Is there a camera that offers 24X7 "Recording" that runs on battery with solar panel and a home base (wifi 2.4 or 5) that can support Terabytes of storage with continuous loop?

@manshed please try unplugging your homebase and plugging it back in and see if that wipes out all your video history, this needs to be reported

@ I opted for Eufy camera, o solar but has a 1TB drive. Working pretty good. 👍
IR in camera died after 1 year and 10 days. No return👎🏻. Bad service.
