Does SPLAT Hair Dye Really Work?!?

In this video my sis and I decided to try a new dye on my hair. We both wanted to see if it would really work so we tested it out and decided to not only dye my hair but also straighten it so you guys can see the whole new difference!!

Three pieces of advice: 1) Next time put vaseline around the base of your hair to prevent staining. 2)section your hair into six buns and unravel one at a time and add the dye to each section 3) Use a dye application brush. You can get that at any beauty supply store. They don't tell you that on the box, but I hope that helps!

It's best to wash ur hair out in the kitchen sink it won't stain there

I just used the spalt hair color and let's just say I'm not using it again it stained everything and it was soo messy and I had to look up how to remove it off my skin so yeah unless you want a big mess to clean up I adjust you use a different hair color

You just need bleach, vinegar or nail polish remover to get it off floors and tables, as for your skin, use Vaseline before dyeing it so it doesn't stain

It’s a long lasting color only thing u have to do us take care of it I been dying my hair like that and I use long lasting herbal essences shampoo and conditioner to stop the bleeding

@@alexa-ee7gbI feel like it’s a running theme tho, I used blue on my hair and it lasted 3 weeks at best, It pretty faded even though I made sure to buy the long lasting one so I wouldn’t have to redye it, but idk it depends on the hair I guess, previously only one section of my hair was bleached, but I dyed my whole head this time but yeah the bottle said it should’ve lasted at least 4-6 weeks but it didn’t even make it to the 4th week but yeah I have to redye it cause bleached parts are showing again

never again in my life! I went to use this paint drug in my daughter's new rented apartment, stained the brand new floor, the porcelain sink, the bathroom tile and the entire bathtub! my daughter came home, i was in the bathroom washing my head, she went into despair and called the police thinking it was "psychosis" part II !!! I spent all my savings on detergents and removers and all I could do with it was dye my scalp! The name of this tincture should be "midnight nightmare"

Use a old shirt you don’t wear part your hair put rustling around the edge of your forehead around behind your ears cover everything around you with old things or newspaper or something just to cover all around after you part your hair into 4 and use vaseline start to prepare the mixer together shake the color for 2 minutes then make sure you have your glove take one section at a time then put it together and wear a plastic cap around your head and wait a few minutes like 30 then kneel down in your bathtub outside your bathtub and rinse your head in the forest it ever is it real good and then you put in the moisturizer and wait I rinse and that’s it 😬and good luck 🤣🤣🤣🤣
