This is a problem that happens on the Android TV Box, you can't install any files from the Google Play Store. PUBG MOBILE YOUR DEVICE ISN'T COMPATIBLE WITH THIS VERSION?
Let me show you a simple work around to resolve this problem.

the program you are talking about .. shows accurate information about the device.
but you forgot my friend about the software of many smaller companies that load into devices imported from china.
since the new company was established
Alphabet Inc.
then algorithms were created that just check the operating system version and discover the contents of the google store for the device version.
Google did not predict one issue or fraud of some producers ..
it used to be that the android version was adapted to the quality or rather the device's hardware performance.
today a lot of people import goods from china .. uploads an old software and sells a lot of equipment that is good but has an older version of android.
so TH-cam's algorithms don't protect your hardware ... how they were supposed to do that.
and help fraudsters by limiting market access for consumers.
What to do, since there are a lot of mediocrities working for them.
google is based in different countries and often these sites are not operating as a parent company. and no one even watches over ...: D
make things very difficult for consumers ... where the company loses them because new online stores are already being created.
probably it will take a little longer than Google will lose the advantage on the world market .. but this is not excluded.
you can fix it in many ways or Google owners will embrace and see what is happening in their companies in the world: D
or someone will compete with them and no one will use the google store .. and someone who plays fair.

Not working for me, got a brand new TV Box with Android 12 and clearing these did nothing. Got other problems with disappearing icons after installing an app and the search bar on Google Chrome is not there.

After battling this issue the way you suggested as well as other similar methods other video creators have told me about and getting absolutely nowhere with it - I found a clever and rather genius workaround. Adding the APK Downloader extension into Google Chrome and using a QR scanner to get the code from a Google Play page has done wonders for me. Essentially bypassing the compatibility problem (which is ridiculous Google stops you from buying and downloading, a warning to let people know is more than enough) when downloading or buying a game, unless it's something like an NVidia exclusive of course. It's a roundabout way of doing it but I'm glad it's there, let's me download the games I bought and buy the ones I want without this problem hounding me. It was a real life saver for me.
Hi Thanks For Sharing. Not Certain What Device platform You Were Using In the Video. I Would Try It On My Android Phone Device. Just Wanted to be sure if I have the steps downpact/correct. Please Let Me Know If I Missed Any Important Steps. Here Goes:
Go to Settings ,Apps/Application
Then Clear All Google Apps Data & Cache Such As Google Play Service, Store & Frame Work.
Then Finally Reboot Device & It Should Work. Just Asking.
Lastly Would I Have to Redo These Steps Over Again If I Wish to Install
other app that are incompatible with my device other than the one I wish to installed currently. Look forward to your reply asap. Tafs.

I have a Chromebook but it has the app store on it. Acer R 11 Chromebook.
There is a game that I have on my smartphone, that I'd love to have on my Tablet. Both devices are running Android 10. Cleared the cache and data of Google Play Store and GP Services. Game works perfectly fine on my phone.
However, I get the message "this version is not compatible with your device" on my tablet's google play store, for the same app.
I've tried clearing the cache and data of Google Play store and google play services, as well as installing multiple APKs. All of which give me another error message.

hi guys just wanted to let you know this kind of works im trying this right now ive so far only cleared the cache and its allowed me to play my Simpsons tapped out game again XD on the down side y tablet seems to be a little slower but it could just be the tablet but i still cant get the hogwarts mystery game only I haven't cleared the data yet i hope this works other wise i'll have to reset my hole tablet again hope this helps XD
