@@hershekissed Yes! If you want them to look like scrambled eggs to, just stir them around a couple times while they are baking. (So pull the pan out of the oven, stir, and put back in the oven. Do that a couple of times, maybe every 5 minutes or so.) You can do them on a larger tray to get more eggs done at once, too.
The oil is to coat the dish - otherwise you will have baked on eggs that will not come out and cleaning the dish will be a nightmare of unimaginable proportion. HOWEVER, you could line the dish with parchment paper and that would work.
My husband likes to wrap the sandwiches in paper towel and microwave them - he usually starts at about 35 seconds on our particular microwave (from thawed). If from frozen, I think he does 1 minutes on 50% power and then another minute on full power.
Extra protection in the freezer. But you don't have to. You can wrap in plastic wrap and then stick in a ziptop freezer bag. Or just wrap in freezer paper.
Agreed! We have since stopped using the cling wrap and just use aluminum foil (recyclable) and place them in a freezer bag (which we reuse since it never directly touches food), but you can also use freezer paper if you want to stay away from foil and plastics.
I'm not sure - I haven't had that happen, but someone else suggested leaving out any additional liquid (so don't add water, milk or cream) and try that.
great, 350 for 20 mins, exactly what I was looking for.
Jep😂
Going to use this for breakfast burritos! Lately, I've been cooking everything in the oven! Save so much time, and everything is cooked evenly!
The little hand reaching for that first egg sandwich.......those look Excellent ..thank you four recipe 🙏
Wrap each sandwich in plastic wrap and then just put all those sandwiches in one freezer bag, that saves a lot of time!
Now I have the confidence to cook egg in the oven and make a simple sandwich, thanks Make Ahead Meal Mom.
This is perfect. You can add what ever you want to this also.
Yes! My family doesn't like onions or peppers, but when I make them for me, I put finely diced onions and peppers and shredded cheese in there!
@@MakeAheadMealMomdo they taste like scrambled eggs? I’m trying to get the homeless🙏🏽

No need fo using oil or butter ?
No. You can coat your baking dish with butter instead of cooking spray though if you prefer.
Thank you Mamm!
😋😋😋
Happy kids
Can I skip the oil? Trying to avoid oils/butters

Lard works great if you're trying to avoid seed oils.
how do you reheat them and for how long please?
microwave for a like 20 seconds or oven/toaster open for a few mins just don't start to cook it

@@MakeAheadMealMom Thank you
Ty
did you use a 9x13 pan for this?
Yes - 9x13
Why double wrap?
Extra protection in the freezer. But you don't have to. You can wrap in plastic wrap and then stick in a ziptop freezer bag. Or just wrap in freezer paper.
Thank you
What size dish is that?
In the US it is 9x13. The equivalent of a large lasagna or casserole baking dish.
Can I use pyrex rectangular box inside the oven for this dish to prepare?
If the Pyrex is oven safe then you can
Fantastic video, you can even reduce your impact by not wrapping in cling wrap and tinfoil

Why do mine always end up spongy???

Why did you put the sandwich in a wrapper? You supposed to eat it. 🤔
