❌Washing face multiple times a day
▪️This is a common mistake made by those with oily skin.
▪️If you work out in the morning, just splash your face with water and after work out use a face wash.
▪️If you work in a dusty environment, then use a gentle cleanser in the morning and as soon as you come home, wash your wash with a face wash. Non need to wash again before sleep.
▪️Even washing face with plain water multiple times can cause irritation to the skin. So avoid frequent washing. Two times is enough.
❌Washing your hair once a week
▪️People with hectic schedules and scholars going children tend to wash their hair once a week. This makes oily skin worse as there is transfer of oil from the scalp to pillow and then on face.
▪️Also oil can trickle down to forehead and side of face causing more acne.
▪️Make sure to shampoo your scalp three times a week. Washing with only water is not adequate to clean the scalp.
❌Skipping face wash at night
▪️Do not miss this step no matter how tired you are. Washing your washing at night with a face wash is mandatory to remove sunscreen , dirt, grime and oils which have collected on the face throughout the day.
▪️This is the most important time to wash face to remove all dirt at sebum.
❌Skipping a moisturiser at night
▪️Never skip a moisturiser at night as it helps in repairing skin overnight.
▪️Use a light gel based moisturiser which will not feel oily. We don’t want to dry the skin out otherwise skin will make more oil.

Use dermaco 1% ketoconazolr dandruff shampoo it helps to remove ur dandruff and it is very effective it works really amazing.
u need to find a shampoo with no sulfates and surfactants, they will kill ur hair and will make more oil produced, find your hair type, straight hair should shampoo 3x-4x a week, wavy, 2x-3x a week, curly 1x-2x a week

@@Klove-l1u not too sure I got curly and slightly dry scalp, try OGX or maybe Mielle but may not entirely work, also make sure u don’t over cleanse with ur Shampoo otherwise it will become more greasy
When I use shampoo consistently it dries out my scalp and gives me dandruff. I just use some conditioner every other day to make sure it smells nice, but it stays clean.
I used gram flour as facewash, but it gave me rashes. As a result, eventually, I started using littleextraa riceberry face wash, and trust me, my skin has so much improved from this and got healthier than how it was... acne reduced, scars and marks reduced, open pores reduced, and skin has become brighter and softer, and I am receiving compliments from friends these days.

Maine Aloe Vera gel (redimade from shop) as moisturizer use kiya hai. Aap ko kisi cream ki zaroorat nahi hai, aloe vera gel use karne ke baad. Ye aapke face ko hydrated rakkhega aur oily bhi nahi banayega (skin ki puffiness bhi chalijayegi par maybe sidha plant se jo gel ho, usse direct lagana hoga) . Aur haan, oily skin kya har face type face roller use kar sakte hai (bas aapko koi accha face gel chahiye hoga, suitable for oily skin)😊

Washing face multiple times increases the production of excess oil.....just wash ur face twice a day...not more than that...( you can clean ur face gently with wet towel)

@@Apar_706Try a silicone based sunscreen like UV doux , reequil ,solasafe , they will definitely help with this issue (if you have fair to medium skin tone ) or If you have a dark and oily skin tone use minimalist invisible sunscreen . About moisturizer even I couldn't find one 😅.

It's best to do a patch test since castor oil can be beneficial for acne-prone skin due to its antimicrobial properties and it can be too heavy and may clog pores for some individuals.

Please recommend what products to use to take care of dry sensitive scalp and dry hair. Do recommended hair serums and sulphate free shampoos which lathers. I have used so many sulphate free shampoos in the past but the problem was none of the sulphate free shampoos were able to remove oil after oiling my hair. After using sulphate free shampoo, it makes my dry scalp more drier.
