Rob this takes me back to my childhood with my Mum's brothers and sister. I stayed with my Nan at Fleetend rd, Warsash every school holiday.
Also with David around this area as he lived in Locks Heath. I know a lot of the pubs as my uncles played darts and cricket. My Mum can remember the tanks with American soldiers coming to the beaches.
