The Power Pole Field Repair Dingus

Have you ever had your power cables or power poles break during a portable activity? Perhaps when you have no other tools available than your EDC knife? This little dingus can save your day?

I saw the KM4ACK video and built one myself, similar to yours. It was easy to strip the wire before assembling the Power Pole, and I solder tinned the wires going into the Wago just because. I have also painted the Wagos red and black. All overseas ordering in mow really difficult in the UK.

I actually don't know, it was the last pieces in a box I bought somewhere years ago, but it was big enough for me to think it actually wouldn't shrink enough.

Good stuff. But that's not a dingus, it's a whatchamacallit! For maximum brainfuck, there's also a "links" version where you twist the cables 180° inside the shrink-wrap 🤣
