    Pretty new to this sport, and I really think this platform is the way to go for me for now.
    Do you happen to have a build video for this?
    Great video, and thanks so much for all the trial and error I get to skip.

      Thanks for the comment - The AAP can be a fiddly platform and is difficult to get right. The groups and forums are usually full of people with feeding issues because of unbalanced spring setups. My honest advice would be go for a Capa. They are a slight bit more initially but are far easier to build and work on.

      @@AngryBullAirsoftThanks for the advice. I'm reading this after I already have it in the mail and on its way to me, so, I'll get good at fiddling I guess. I like tinkering, just new to tinkering with airsoft, but I'll pick it up quick.
      Have you changed your mind or have any insight on parts since you put this out?
      I'm also not seeing anything called a knocker lock anywhere, is there another name that part might go by?
      Thanks again for the info and for the straight forward and we'll produced videos. I'm excited to make my way through your collection.

    Love your vids mate, question if I may, AAP01 carbine 220 barrel loki hop, I've modded the silencer but is there a way to generally quieten the weapon, it is HPA. just to say my avatar is real service not airsoft.

      Thank you 🙏 As a gbb pistol it’ll never be “silent” best you can hope for is longer barrel so you can drop your pressure. A lightweight bbu will help as you can drop pressure and they carry less force. I find they get a little hit and miss sub 80psi though.

    Which shops did you get these parts from, I'm building my own aap at the moment and everywhere I look 8s so expensive for even the most basic things.

      There’s a few places. Hadron, HiCapaHub, SixMM, AirsoftWorld. Depends what you’re after really?

    I just got a bomeyard one and was able to fix it with a spare G18 upper.
    I have a tournament on Saturday and I needed a side arm.
    I have a HPA mag for it but do I need to upgrade the nozzle return spring for better feeding?
    As well ive seen on Reddit that the Hammers do break. I am also a tech but specialize in anything AEG, not so much GBBs
    Thanks in advance!

      Sorry this is a late reply. Nozzle spring defo upgrade if using stock BBU. Hammers will break - less than an hour to replace.

      @@AngryBullAirsoft You were right!
      Changed the nozzle return spring and the Hammer assembly ( hammer,valve knicker, auto sear) with CowCow and runs my HPA tapp like a dream

    Noche vídeo as always.I have cow cow light bbu, 200 nozzle spring and 150 recoil and 1 short stroke. It is feedeing perfectly. Should i go back to stock springs whithout short stroke?? I play in semi always , What is the benefit from the upgraded parts , less recoil? Maybe i should have asked before buy hah

      If it’s working and feeding - leave as is! They’re a balancing act but if it’s working, go with it. Recoil spring makes recoil faster, lightweight bbu takes the moving weight off so less recoil.

    Out of context, but have you tested TDC hop units for hi capa's by any chance, I was always wondering if they are worth it.

    • @AngryBullAirsoft
      @AngryBullAirsoft  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Not yet, I’ve rebuilt 2 with the tdcs but in honesty my capas shoot 30m max most of the time so I’ve never felt I needed a tdc as the shots go straight. My very pedantic view is these new nxt and la units aren’t really tdc, it’s the same mechanism with a redesigned arm, the ring gives a more even pressure but it’s not truly top down (but close enough and works).

      @ArtifactWordz 8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@AngryBullAirsoft I was debating on switching my Am hop unit to the tdc one as I've noticed that sometimes my bbs just fly to random directions after like 10/15m so I thought it would be worth it. Or maybe I need to modify my hop arm to see if I can get equal pressure on both sides of the bb

    • @AngryBullAirsoft
      @AngryBullAirsoft  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      If you already have AM unit I wouldn’t swap it. If you were stock, yeah probably but not from an AM. That’s heresy! 😂
