@keychain323 the edgehog comboguard on shiek is a classic, m2k didn't invent it. Most combo's are generic and rightfully so because the are battle tested everything you see here and anything you might see m2k or other top players do will usually be remarkably similar because only a few things are guaranteed to work every time and combo videos are generally montages of people doing those exact things.

A year late, but it's cause he was trying to DI directly on top of him. It's much harder to grab, and you can DI upwards and shine them before you get regrabbed. Strawhat pivot-grabbed which I think is the only way to keep up that chain grab if they DI on top of you.

@trahh Uthrow in PAL has no difference and Fox's different weight doesn't affect throws (weight is 100 for every victim during a throw)

@Bones0 strawhat only pivot grabbed once, and that was when the fox reached 30% [when the upthrow chain grab generally ends] in my opinion he should've DI'd back and forth in hopes of the chaingrab failing. DI'ing up honestly did nothing for him, i don't recall ever seeing a fox get a shine off before marth can grab again up until the 30% mark.
